It’s a vicious cycle and sometimes hard to let go of. Unless you have a made up mind to leave you will find yourself in that relationship for years.
We must recognize the cycle and look for the way out.
That rush of dopamine feels good. When the relationship is good it's good but when it's bad it's bad.
