This is classic masterpiece performance by Ms Gurtoo ji. Asha did pretty okay expressions. She could have done better. I wish song was lengthier but as per director this was enough of classical for a hindi film !
Though Nutan won filmfare best actress award for this film, Asha Parekh did a brilliant job in her small role, which remains in the mind of the audience till the very end! This song, Chhap Tilak... and the title song are the highlights of this superhit film!
