My mother in law doesn’t even have a bin in her toilet, only one toilet in the house, so I have to take my used sanitary products to the kitchen bin...
this is my nightmare tbh, I remember being a friend's house for the first time and I was on my period, second day which is generally the worst for me so i really didn't have a choice but to change my pad and I didn't wanna ask her where to get rid of the old one cause I'm a scaredy cat and her mom and sister were in the living room with her, literally freaked out for like 2 minutes

If you have a really heavy period those “pants” provide a lot of extra security. I have heavy periods and have to wear tan colored pants as my uniform so I would love a pair!
I’m pretty sure the pants one was to prevent leaking like, when your wearing a pad or a tampon and you once in a while leak? I think it’s for that purpose
Waterflame I have the underwear and have very heavy flows, I use them as a primary source at night and when my cycle becomes lighter they work brilliantly for me.
I mean, in olden times, before pads, or tampons, or anything else like that was a thing, girls used to line their undergarments with grass or hay, then just get some fresh every once in a while and wash their hands in the river. At least, that's what I was told...
*Her talking about what to do with a tampon* Me: 🤦🏼♀️ can't you just rap it up in toilet paper or something then throw it away so no one sees the stuff?
She still has a point about putting it in a bin with no liner or if you are at a friend’s house or your boss’ house or something like that. It is also unfair to staff who have to clean out those bins
The period pants you have are for backup use with a pad or tampon. There's also others which are actually made to be worn all on their own without anything extra.
Chloe Charlie there are now underwear you can buy that will absorb up to 20 cc’s of blood. They’re designed for trans men who are obviously still having periods, but feel uncomfortable with using women’s products.

They were. They are harvested and dried out (basically killed by dehydration) then processed into what you see. The process has several steps. There is a lot of soaking and drying. I’m sure you don’t care about the details. LoL. But if you were to see on in the ocean, it doesn’t quite look like the final product.
I was clueless on all of this stuff when I was younger. My mom was never there because her and my dad couldn't stand each other. My older sister had to tell me to wrap the used ones in the wrapper of the next one. After about 3 years of already having my period..
As for the period undies, blood isn’t going to come out while sleeping the way the water came out while being poured from the cup so I’m thinking they would catch all the blood
I don’t know if they are the same as the pads but they have to be washed first before using otherwise they aren’t as effective. I imagine they’d be the same though
I watched a review for the period panties on someone else channel and it didn't work for a full blown period but maybe last few days or maybe if you have like bladder problem it may work for that. It's a just in case type of thing

@@lilia_xxx9484 I use a cup. The taking out process is... intresting :D it's not hard but when I wake up and have to empty my cup half asleep... it's a bit anoying but the cup is all the way better than a tampon or pad. Then things might get a bit messy sometimes. I have to break the seal so I kinda have to insert a finger to break the seal, then I can pull the cup out and empty it
@Paige Wallace well when I lay down the cup is side ways yeah but I don't think that the blood goes back in because there's always blood in the cup in the morning. For the period panties, hand rinse in warm water, followed by a normal wash cycle. Could use a delicate bag if you wanted. Also, they're mostly for wearing on lighter days of your period. However, on heavier days and when combined with a cup, pad, or tampon, you can rest assured that if you do happen to leak, you're not showing through.
I’ve got WUKA period pants and they’re great!! The only downside is that as they are bigger pants you can see them through leggings but they’re perfect for jeans! And a total lifesaver for a no bin situation - no need for disposal :)

I'm praying for you
Same at my grandmas house
That's okay because you are a lady and you are looking after the environment. We all have this issue and we shouldn't be ashamed!
@@toulouseee5671 You shouldn't freak out..they are women too and have periods just like you. I am a little embarrassed if I start at a friend's and didn't bring a pad with me so I have to ask for one but just remember, they are women too with periods.
Jazzy: "These things are not going anywhere near my JJ" hahahaha! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm good with my pads. These things are weird.
Who is wachting this while being on their period???
Me....😂❤
Sanne Tuinman 👋
I was also looking up horrible period memes yesterday too. Managed to scare my bf😂
@@paulacharbonneau7585 omg genius 😂😂😂
I just ended mine.

The plastic cup has several brands and names like diva cup, moon cup, etc
Everyone is talking about wrapping their pads and tampons.
*nervous laughter
Me: I use reusable pads akward😂
I'm assuming that the period pants are meant to be a backup for overflow, not a primary collection device.
Waterflame I have the underwear and have very heavy flows, I use them as a primary source at night and when my cycle becomes lighter they work brilliantly for me.
Me:
Jazz: it’s from the ocean.
Me: okayyyyy, bit weird.
I mean, in olden times, before pads, or tampons, or anything else like that was a thing, girls used to line their undergarments with grass or hay, then just get some fresh every once in a while and wash their hands in the river. At least, that's what I was told...
But, then again, things were a lot less clean back then. And, I honestly I wouldn't wanna use the sponge thing either...
Yeah, it was a living creature...🤮
Jasmine: Bob's your uncle
No-one:
Me: Fanny's your aunt 😂
Ellen Stevens same 😂😂
Or...Flo’s your aunt.
MsCLong1 that fits better ngl
*Her talking about what to do with a tampon*
Me: 🤦🏼♀️ can't you just rap it up in toilet paper or something then throw it away so no one sees the stuff?
She still has a point about putting it in a bin with no liner or if you are at a friend’s house or your boss’ house or something like that. It is also unfair to staff who have to clean out those bins
@@Jelleybean18 you can wrap it in the wrapper what you’re supposed to do :)
people really out there putting spongebob in their jj's xD
I was just thinking same thing. no way would i put spongebob up there lmao
Hayley Mullan 🤣
I was about to comment the same thing until I saw you already did. Poor Spongebob
😂😂😂
😂😂🙈
The period pants you have are for backup use with a pad or tampon. There's also others which are actually made to be worn all on their own without anything extra.
The underwear are for if you accidentally leak, so if you have a pad on and heavy bleed onto your pants they won’t leak onto your jeans or whatever 😂
Chloe Charlie yea
Chloe Charlie there are now underwear you can buy that will absorb up to 20 cc’s of blood. They’re designed for trans men who are obviously still having periods, but feel uncomfortable with using women’s products.
The way I've seen them advertised is that's all you need is the underwear lol
Some are leak proof with out anything else
"Ok, now that those people are gone let's you and me talk about periods..." 😄 you are so cute! I really liked this video, very informative actually 🙂 thank you for sharing 💖
Is it just me that thought sea sponges were alive or...
They were. They are harvested and dried out (basically killed by dehydration) then processed into what you see. The process has several steps. There is a lot of soaking and drying. I’m sure you don’t care about the details. LoL. But if you were to see on in the ocean, it doesn’t quite look like the final product.
Yeah when I saw the thumbnail I was like but.. but.. those are/were alive 😶
Ppl r/were basically putting a dead creature in there jjs
@@blackningakat basically yup
i did lol
I love how she is so curious about what you do after the product is used. Honestly thought every girl was just taught how to dispose of them.
Not every girl has a mother/mother figure to teach them.
I read everything. I read the product boxes, and I ready books. I had a mom but I didnt want to ask her about it.
When you showed the jug at 5:10 I for some reason thought that was the period cup you were referring to and got scared for you lmao😂
The pants: people might have heavy periods and might leak through
Erin Cross the ones that I use say to use it as backup for tampons or pads on heavy days, but for medium or light days they can be used alone
@@sarabenson2918 yeah
I’m so glad to hear I’m not the only one with these thoughts. Cups for the win 🙌🏼
Can you please do a “my first period story” or “my first time using a menstrual cup”
She has it is farther down on her page just look it up
How u pull that deva cup out like I can’t deal with tampon string and cut then and then we hav problems when u cut it to short ,but is the cup like the same (now everyone can see my period problems) 😂😂
@@lilia_xxx9484 I use a cup. The taking out process is... intresting :D it's not hard but when I wake up and have to empty my cup half asleep... it's a bit anoying but the cup is all the way better than a tampon or pad. It's just kinada hands on (or should I say hans in :D (sorry I had to lmao)) thing to do. I kinda push the cup a bit lower with my muscles untill I can get a grip of the stem. Then things might get a bit messy sometimes. I have to break the seal so I kinda have to insert a finger to break the seal, then I can pull the cup out and empty it
@Paige Wallace no :D
@Paige Wallace well when I lay down the cup is side ways yeah but I don't think that the blood goes back in because there's always blood in the cup in the morning. Like even if you lay down, there's still bleeding happening. I think there's something that doesn't let the blood back in.. not sure tho
I absolutely love how excited you get over things! Your child-like wonder, enthusiasm, and giddiness (“Oooooh!”, haha!) are so adorable, and you’re so animated and fun...I cannot help but smile and laugh while watching, lol. On a weird side-note, the cute cat on your shirt resembles your sweet smile, lol! Really!! Haha!! Thanks for being informative AND entertaining!
Jazzy: Let’s talk about periods
5min later: What the heck do you do with a used tampon!?
Ly❤️😂
You just wrap en in some toilet paper and throw them in the bin at the toilet.
I was going to say the same thing, and I don't even use tampons lol I just wanted her to know!
I mean I wrap my tampons but I wouldn’t care abt throwing it in my friends trash. They get periods too lol
but wht if u were at ur guy friends house. would you still do it then???
Alicia Toupin I would, If they can’t handle a period how tf are they mature enough for life lmao
Or you could tell them your on your period. I mean they are your friends.
Alicia Toupin ofc... boys have sisters or mothers they know what periods are
My anxiety could never I would tell them first

Smells everything in sight
I use a Nitrile glove when emptying my menstrual cup. Afterward, I rinse the glove under the water, take off, and throw away.
About throwing things in bins, just wrap it in a generous amount of tissue 😂
I’m guessing the pants are so you don’t leak when asleep or maybe doing vigorous exercise
It honestly makes my days when I get to watch you make videos like this! Cheers me right up just when I need it! Thank you for all the laughs and smiles! Keep up the amazing work!! ❤ xx
I would so highly recommend the “thinx period underwear”,
you dont have to wear anything else with them and they are really comfortable so ya
Can they last for a 10-hour workday? Where you are moving a lot?
Stephanie Chapman yes.... i bought 5 so i usually bring an extra pair if I feel like I might need to change it. However I normally just where one for the whole day and then switch at night. And yes, they are the absolute best for moving and working out!
Everyone is talking about how they wrap there pads in tissue
Me: never even having my period..😂
It's ok, I got mine three days ago and, literally so horrible. Luckly I dont have bad cramps though!
Haha same
@@oliviaimnottellingyou4614 the first time I had mine I didn't know you could get cramps and I was at school and had them for 3 hrs and I was so confused😂

Ur lucky
I wrap my pads in the wrapper to comes with. Has a sticky tab on one end to keep it closed
The point of the pants is for people who have heavyflows and when they still leak while using tampons ect. X
12:05 sometimes the pad shift a bit and boom you have a crime scene! I think that's the purpose of wearing that underwear. 🤷
Oh my gosh this comment made me laugh lol a crime scene 😂
Lolzzz
I'm so confused about how she had no idea what you do with a tampon when your done with it 😂😂😂 I don't use tampons yet I still know U would just wrap it in some toilet paper do it's all secure and disposed 🤦🤦🤦🤦 same with a pad. Also hope you've never flushed a tampon as it's a very bad idea. 🤦🤦🤦🤦
I’m really surprised you didn’t test the reusable pads you can buy online.
Yes me too! Some are absolutely brilliant.
Was so hoping you would’ve tested the sea sponges with water x
How would someone even get it out😂
Autumn Rose I don’t know and I don’t wonna know either 😂🙈
Cups and discs are the best! I have not had chemicals in me in forever! It’s amazing. Hardly cramps, no rashes, no discomfort. Score!
In all honesty, use a glove as "finger covers" because then you can flip it inside out,and wash it/throw it out
With pads and tampons sometimes people with a really heavy flow still 'leak' so pants like those save the scare about leaking.
When out most women wrap it in toilet paper before throwing it away. Some even do it in their own home. Atleats every female I know that uses tampons
Menstrual discs are my favorite. Same concept as cups but I find them easier and more comfortable to use.
Also, the sea sponge is horrifying.
Package says sea sponges to use as a tampon
SPONGE BOB" OH NO THEY ARE GOING TO USE ME
unicorn fan fiction have you ever seen the sponge bob tampax meme?
Most people wrap their tampons in toilet paper before throwing them away lol so people dont have to see them! 😂
She was so confused... I was like: "Just wrap it in TOILET PAPER. It's not that hard" lmao
BRAYce Yourself Beauty yup that’s what I do

Linda from SEA AT TULL leave the grammar checking, seriously!
I bought your merch for Christmas! It’s the “mistakes have been made” I love it so much!! Your also so funny jazz! 😂 xx
Awwww yay! That makes me so happy! I'm so glad you love it! ❤️❤️❤️

Those "Balloons" are called Finger Cots, you can buy those separately, usually used to cover finger injuries.
Jazzy: I was online... As I always am...
Me: well, same here
I’ve got WUKA period pants and they’re great!! The only downside is that as they are bigger pants you can see them through leggings but they’re perfect for jeans! And a total lifesaver for a no bin situation - no need for disposal :)
Jazzy-“I didn’t think things could have ooooooooooooooooo”
Me-😂😂😂😂
You can get sanitary bags for tampons and pads so maybe that would be an idea for the weird sponge thing? Also been intrigued about the cups but always worried it would leak
It doesn't leak at all .Once you've learned how to place and remove them it's a life changer and you'll never go back.Give them a go! :)
Whenever I wear tampons, I always have leaks, so I always wear a pad for extra protection
I use regular pads and I have enough infections after my periods so I wouldn't need anything else from a sponge from the sea. Thanks for sharing this information.
