- GET YOUR BODY BAR AND SOME SPACE AND GET READY TO SWEAT! In this full body weighted body bar workout we will go through 8 different exercises that work on strengthening, toning, and sculpting our bodies while burning ccalories. Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 20 second break. We have 2 rounds for a total of 20 minutes. Take your time on the exercies and move with intent. If you find the 2 rounds is too much, start off with 1 round and work your way up to 2. Make sure to warm up before starting this routine and do a cool down stretch routine when you are done. Have a great time and Remember..It's Never Too Late, To Be Great!

I am one who mostly needs my exercise to be _fun_ for me to be fully motivated. I find games, dancing, and [other variations of] sports to be especially helpful for me, especially since they target whole-body. While watching this, I said WOW, those "side lunges" look like a twist of on skiing 🎿, and the twist "V- crunches" greatly resemble canoeing 🛶... *I LOVE that‼*
These will not only help me to meet/return to my strength & tone goals, but they also seem great for balance, coordination, mind~body connection... *AND* lets me have FUN❣ They are great, relatively _novel_ additions for me, _and_ I can feel like I'm engaging in those sports, even w/o the actual opportunity to do so. 🙏🏽🥰 THANK YOU!

52 year old grandma here with one knee replacement! I’ve had one of these bars for awhile and just decided to pick it up and find some exercises to go with it. I’ve lost about 65 lbs the last couple of years and I’m looking to lose a bit more and keep getting stronger. Thanks for this video. I can’t wait to do more of your videos!

That is not a begging bar workout at less for me lol. Love it I did some modifications for me my ways just because I can not do some off the work out back pain and knee pain but I still got a good workout love it
It's probably more moderate I would say. I have other body bar workouts on my channel so make sure to check them out. You may really like those as well. Happy you still enjoyed this and for a good workout in!!!

Is this bar having weight or it's light in weight
This is a 10lb bar so it's not too heavy
It definitely gives you a good workout
