I you having trouble you are likely the buyer! If you are having trouble and you are the buyer this does no good. When you buy this bed it says check the contents and if everything is not there lets us know but they never tell you who "us" is! Pretty worthless stuff here. I have this bed got it all put together and it does not work. No motor movement whatsoever. Double checked is it connecting? Poor instructions on this unless the motor is just DOA. I guess that happens but it's darn poor if you'd like to use the thing or expect it to work as advertised. Brand new no workie! F
I had illustrated instructions. Even so, I could not visualize how it all went together.

How long should part C be? Mine is only 33" and I order a Full Size base. That seems way too narrow...

Wow reset the motor for programming the remote control
Part 'J' broke 3 times. It's now a flat bed frame.
