Love your Aussie twist to this Fijian classic, fair dinkum.
Just needed the traditional condiments 🧂🍋🌶 and it's a winner.

Thanks James, definitely something different... though is something I really learnt to love living in Fiji. Was thinking of doing a Spam version... but I think the corned beef is nicer

Thank u very much for this! We live in Queenstown Nz, we really wanted to eat palusami and I saw this video. We tried it lastweek and it was AMAZING!!!! Silver Beet substitute passed! Everyone loved it! So I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to eat palusami but doesn't have the dalo leaves. Thanks again 👌👌👌👏👏👏

Awesome. I have used silverbeet in Wellington to make palusami too because of the unavailability of taro leaves.

Thankyou Diva, yes...it had to be done as I don't have access to fresh rourou leaves, only dried ones.
