Shaggy and Matt are not corrupted, it's called a god form and I originally created this color scheme for an older mod of mine that I released for Rivals of Aether before FNF even existed. It's called Kick Buttowski, and bf's appearance in this video is a reference to that mod. Check it out here:

I just realized, both Shaggy's and Matt's weaknesses are improved with this mod. Shaggy was prone to mashing so he has instakill and people were safe to miss some of Matt's notes because he had so many at a short time so caution sign notes were put to remove that safety.

@studeix I tried that too. Me and my friends got to to the 5th part in god mode than failed. But we were able to beat the regular version.
My brother and I teamed up and we made it through 75% of the god mode final destination. We've both beaten final destination (normal mode), god eater, foolhardy, ballistic, expurgation, etc.

Well I think you mean that Shaggy has dark red Insta kill circle notes as it's a circle because of the "non arrow" shaped note button in the middle of the 9 keys other than the 8 note buttons which are the same shape and formation only different colors.
Matt's "danger" notes come from the FNF HD Mod.
If I have to describe the god mode then I'd have to say that it's creative and chaotic at the same *'time'*

I know the description says they are in god form but i presesnt a different explanation. They came from the Homebrew Channel so they're most likely unfinished/broken files (in context of the mod), which would explain Matt's strange movements and the yellow arms which i think represents what hand you're holding the Wiimote in. It would also explain why the song is so damn hard
