How do you know when to stop the shot?
I’ve previously dialed in the beans, meaning I’ve found the right grind size necessary so that my 18g of beans in, pull in 30 seconds and give 36g out.So I simply time my shot for 30 seconds and know that I’ve roughly got my desired 36g out.
