LETS TOUR THIS HOUSE IN ACCRA GHANA FOR SALE | LIVING IN GHANA
How much is housing in Accra? With the recent hike in prices within the real estate market in Ghana, it’s no wonder buying in home in Ghana can seem almost impossible. In this video, I share with you a 3 bedroom home within the Spintex area in Accra, Ghana. Spintex Road is a suburb of Accra, the capital of Ghana. The name originally denotes the road which is parallel to the Tema Motorway. It has become generic and is used when describing the area along the route. This area is only about 25minutes drive to the airport, very close a number of shopping malls and its also a hub for home decor and all things home building related.

My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and other African countries.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.
How much is housing in Accra?, How much is the cheapest house in Ghana?, Where is the cheapest place to live in Accra?, How do I buy a house in Ghana? Living in Ghana, life in Ghana, buy a house in Ghana and pay monthly, Cheap houses for sale in Accra, cheap houses for sale in Ghana, houses in Accra, mortgage houses for sale in Accra
The houses are too close to each other and doesn't allow proper air circulation. Would have been better if they built a storey building to maximise space. I don't like the tiles either.
someone's very picky
No greens. That’s very bad. Beautiful house though.
Exactly. Need trees
They left space for greenery so u can plant your own xx
Ghanains don’t care about greens of nature. They just care about money. Most lack imagination.
Ghanaians don’t care about trees. They think it’s a bush and for poor people. Ghanaians believe in AC, big car, bluff and money. They think wealth is just being in an air conditioned house 24 hours of the day. That’s Ghana.
@@JasmineAmaa ,u have been missed,I hope u are doing well ❤️❤️
Accra is depressing, no trees, hot, basic overpriced real estate, everyone copies each other with no imagination. Just sad. I blame it on lack of exposure and greed.
Some parts .
Poorly over generalized statements. You need to travel to other areas.
@@2809Archer I’ve traveled to other areas. I know Ghana very well.
im knowing ghana very well too and imo its not really depressing , overexagurated saying . it really depends on where you go
@@jasonsimmons671 To you a non boring life is being in a cement 4 walls with AC cause you don't have AC in Kasoa.
Hi Jasmine,
Luv your vlogs but we miss aisha and your day in the life vlogs. Plz make more of those ❤❤❤
Where are the trees, flowers and green area please!
I miss the everyday life of the average Ghanaian series. Please bring it back
Very bad set up, no space to plant trees. Trees are very important, a house without tree is not a house.
I see nothing really spectacular here yo justify this price point besides the location the house in itself looks basic and okay
What exactly is spectacular about Ghana? Everything is below mediocre and overpriced.
@@TheChariot99 sadly... and it's so sickening
This looks like a jail from the inside. Second, that house needs some trees around for God's sake 🌳 🌲 🌴 🌳 🌲 🌴
Someone should buy this for me errhn aww chale
A beautiful home in Ghana ..quite reasonable and affordable. Another great show by Jasmine. Thanks
There are too many colors
Good Afternoon sister Jasmine. Thanks for sharing another cool video. Respect always 💯 🙏 👍
Thanks Keith 🥰
This is a very nice property. Thank you for the tour Jasmine! 🙂
You are so welcome! ❤️
$120k for a 3 bedroom house!? Nice.
The average price for a 3 bedroom house in the UK is about $300K.
A shame that the Ghana property lacks a green garden.
Google shows the average salary in the UK is around £35k p.a and in Ghana around GHC 48k /£2,5k. Don’t think this is a fair comparison and also ,,nice’’ for the ordinary Ghanaian
U can add your own garden too xx
Which part of the UK are you talking about? Because where I live 2 bedroom is going for 400k and above.
@@capatino1367Some of these diaspora people are part of the problems in Africa😂
I'm confused about the currency in Ghana being USD as opposed to cedi.Does Ghana deal in both? What about people from UK who deal in Euro?
I hope Jasmine makes commission from the sell of the property or atleast get 3 of the 5% discount
This is fantastic!! I see comments asking about trees and greenery. I think these can be purchased at a local nursery to add on to the house once purchased. I love the price, very good and reasonable ❤Great video once again.
Thanks 🥰
Us the youth in accra needs to push our useless government to replant trees all over. Am glad my house still ve all the greenery. Looking to olant more trees in my back yard
Say it louder!!!
The RUclips is more concerned about dancing on tiktok
Like the area, beautiful house and love the kitchen tiles with the touch of white cabinets 😊
Glad you like it! Xx
Thank you.
Nice house! Little tight lot though!
Wow, beautiful
I think so too x
Thank you
Hi Jasmine, thanks for sharing this. Is the link to their website country specific, as I tried and it said unsecure website and then just gave an error message.
Please send them a WhatsApp message if you can. Its not supposed to be country specific though xx
Jasmine Gambia 🇬🇲 is waiting for our house tour with you
Soon 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Hiya please do you know where I can get driveway paving grids to buy in Ghana. Thanks
ACP concrete products can help. Please google them.
Thanks will do that
Jazzy, i love the skirt you’re wearing today. The color just fits well.
Thanks Jolene 💕
Beautiful house, I like the porch area. Great video Jasmine ❤
❤️❤️
Architecture in Ghana is mediocre, The windows do not optimize natural light and ventilation.
The grills on the tiny windows just give the impression that the place has serious crime problem
It's not really like that almost every house in Ghana, has grills on the windows, even my house which was built 20 years ago is that way, it's just a Ghana thing, but also it's best to be safe than sorry.
In Ghana the weather is hot, so the windows are always open for fresh air to come in even when at home or work, just imagine you open your window for fresh air to come in and there is no grills, you can’t even take a nap
Everything good, the only bad thing was that the bars on the windows were inside
This is a common feature in Ghanaian homes x
No matter how hard we tell these developers we want garden in their houses, they won’t listen. They think greenery is have some potted plants. Ghanaians lack imagination and d Jasmine is just there to collect her commission. Whatever.
where’s all the trees
We left a space for a garden in there but these are customer specified homes.
They let the Chinese and Lebanese come and take it for export
@@BaobabPSCuse your common sense and build developments with green spaces. Look at how East Africans build their homes. This house is useless.
@@TheChariot99 what a shame
@@kudzimarufu6332 A typical Ghanaian is not thinking of growing trees, if you want that kind of mindset, look into East Africa.
I see you showcaeca lot of home/residents. Are you or ever have thought about being in realetate as an agent of broker
Nice, lovely and all its glory… if it was going for 20k wouldn’t have it… where are the trees indeed.😮
❤❤❤
❤️❤️
Hi Jasmine! When are you coming back
A squeaking door on a new build?😮
THE HOUSES ARE EXTREMLY CLOSE TOGETHER. SMH
Great. You looking good love your dress.

Hello Jasjas. God blessings

Where are the trees 🌴?
Was about to ask the same. Accra and its environs are becoming a concrete jungle.
❤❤❤❤
❤️
Love the space❤
Same 🥰 long time no see
Thanks for the tour, Jasmine.
You’re welcome 😊x
Great video, Jasmine can a buyer build something on the extra land? Is it allowed. ?
Maybe permission can be sought but i am not sure xx
Oh yes. Once you buy the house you can build on the bare land once the municipal authorities grant permission.
