I formulate hair products and for the most part when you see an alcohol it’s to compliment the preservative in the formula. It’s normally used at the smallest percentage and it’s for your safety. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to use a molded product! Don’t be afraid guys! 💜💜

@@wandabanks679 i think using steam or heat with deep conditioning treatments can be very beneficial. I’ve never tried steam but heat makes a huge difference for me. A lot of people love using steam

No lie: I totally ignored that. I never really believe any companies that say they will elongate my Curls. The elongation is always short lived so I don’t even count it lol

I would definitely compare this to aphogee too bc this treatment had my curls going crazy!! I was so surprised!! I enjoyed It honestly!! I didn’t go in thinking much about It but I was surprised!!

You could never play poker because your face would tell your hand every time! I love that about you. Besides the honest reviews, your face tells it like it is, too. I love Miss Ross, yet I have been wary of her line. Now, I'm wondering if I could try this. My hair needs extra strength because it is FRA-GILE! My hair is also super-fine and not dense, so I have zero control over it. I don't fight it, yet I'd like to have more strength to my hair so that I continue to retain length and health. You crack me up. Thank you!
I’ll tell you this: I like this. I really do! But if you ever want a recommendation on strengthening, my first recommendation is The Mane Choice reconstructor. It does the same thing as this mask but it also has moisture. This is Pattern mask is a good mask though

3c/4a highly porous fine hair here. My hair loves this product. I use most of her line. The intensive conditioner is the best for my hair. Smells like Aveda Shampure line to me.

That's the thing with Pattern, you have got to have soaking wet hair a for all their conditioning products. I only use them when I wash my hair in the shower. They work for me really well but I don't want to be in the shower all the time.
Yes, this is definitely a “soaking wet hair” type of product too. I honestly prefer not doing my hair in the shower so I understand what you’re saying!

Thank you so much for this review! I opened the container at Sephora and had the same reaction as you to the smell. So I thought I’d search RUclips to see if the product is still worth buying. And I didn’t read anything. Like you, I didn’t know it wasn’t a weekly moisturizing deep conditioner. Thank you for doing the research, I’m going to pass on the product.

I went to the store to buy that Mane choice Kool-aid shampoo, but I got the pre-poo instead. The problem I was experiencing with the Tropical Morainga was the clarifying shampoo I was using, and I can't use the conditioner as a leave in. I finally got a pre-poo, so fingers crossed no issues.

Girl I wish this video was out yesterday. Lol...I bought this mask with excitement , 'cause I love Pattern's products. But thinkin' like you and clearly did not fully read the instructions. I was like what the....where is the moisture!😳 I also did not love the smell but I figured it was the fermented rice water. Anywho I did not follow up with the conditioner ...and I had it duh. I like Tracee's shampoo and one of her conditioners can't remember which one though🤷♀️🤦♀️I can say I had one issue with the leave in but they got back with me and sent me a new product (it was the spray nozzle not worker) but I just can't offered her products though😭 I was going through the shampoo😆 but I really do think her main concern is for the health of womans hair though...love the review Faye👏😊

To me it smells like moringa seeds, but it’s worth ittttttt. Amazing slip, I wish I didn’t have to wash it out. I parted my hair and applied. My coils were fairly defined.
