Hi I've been trig to make this for a Barbie doll. I am following it carefully and I find it to big for the Barbie doll. I measured it with the waist and it is over an inch to big. I am using crochet needle 2.00 What am I doing wrong
I crochet tight and if you crochet loose it might make it too big, that is why you need to do the first 2 rows around the waist and measure like it shows on the video at about 1:30 to see that it will fit right and then if it does it will fit the rest of the doll. You can go down a size on the hook to a 1.5 or a 1 until you get the right fit. Hope that helps
I would like to make your dresses for Barbie but I can not translate, because you do not have this option. I'm from Brazil and I think the clothes you make are very beautiful. The line here has a tex of 151 and others of 295. We use needles of 1.25 and 1.75 do not know what their lines are like. To send you this message I'm using a translator. Thanks for listening.
