The interviewer seems to ignore Kriti's credibility as an an actor and her growth. She is avoiding eye contact, doesn't praise Kriti but praises Kajol wholeheartedly. I get a negative n competitive vibe from her towards Kriti. Netflix, be mindful of hiring good n experienced people to interview.
