usually, as much as I enjoy watching these Rolesplay sessions, I have absolutely no background knowledge whatsoever - but this time I do and it's AMAZING! this fits so well. you can really imagine these characters and what they do and the story as part of the world of Avatar, I've literally been seeing the scenes in my head and it just WORKS! well done, guys!

You all have been my only guilty pleasure this Ash Wednesday. Thanks for all your hard work, and for really putting the effort in to bring us to the island of the giant beasts. I could see the characters in my head more clearly than any other one shot, and they just slipped right into the AtLA universe. I felt like I was 10 years old watching the show again. Thank you.

may I make the suggestion that for one of the one shots you don't know your stats and you discover them throughout your adventure? like you have maybe something like selective amnesia and have to figure out what they have to do from scratch?

It was such a great palate cleanser to just play something bubbly and fun - I love the broody dark mature content too, but in life we need a balance! I really hope we continue this new trend of telling the 'kids series' stories in a way that fits the original context they were presented in!

LOVE THIS! I love all the role playing stuff you guys do. I have ptsd and unfortunately can't handle the more graphic and gory sessions very well, so this was really good for me. Thanks guys. You all make these stories so much fun!

I've listened to the podcast version about 5 or 6 times, love it; very funny, and has the perfect feel for avatar. First time seeing the portraits, and I always pictured Ro Gen more like Salvador from Borderlands.
I really enjoyed this! It felt like it belonged in the universe, and the narration and role-playing was awesome and immersive. Just watching this feels as if I've watched an animated episode. I can hardly wait for the second part.

Love the cabbage reference and how the cabbages end up playing such a big role in the story! This was my favorite Cogent game you’ve done by far! Love how it felt like a Zelda side quest. So perfect. Thanks for the break from dark stories. Also, I would love to see Jen narrate something.

I'm now so curious to see the other animals. The mood was soooo avatar-like btw, it has the feel of one of the episodes, like, it'd fit perfectly in some sort of flashback scene, it's amazing!

Kyoshi was 230y/o when she died and Aang was 12 when he froze himself for 100 years. That adds up to 342 year's.
So 200 years before ATLA, Kyoshi was already 142 years young.
You're forgetting about roku from the fire nation. He died at 70 im pretty sure.

@@Chakrenqueen im trying the free software of davinci resolve. i dont know how much is the paid version tgo sorry. im still starting out but accdg to google or tech forums, davinci is a bit complicated compared to premeire or vegas but i guess its free version is good too

Probably because they're pirates and the airbenders are pacifists who wouldn't get involved with that due to religous reasons

And now I really really REALLY sad that I'm bad at drawing and animating. This campaign deserves an animation! Also, it is really a lot of work. Even minutes would cost hours and this episote sounds like a whole 15 - 20 mins of goodness... :/
