Architecturally an excellent project with wonderful design but the upkeep of such design is not easy. Psf selling price was wayyy ambitious so i won’t be surprised that there’s no capital gains at all.

Hahaha..the maid rooms got its on bathroom - compare to the 2nd room - which is shared ...Hmmmmm..2000++sqf...still unable to get en-suite bathroom for each room.
