Since Mario had been bested by the blue blur, his brother came across his body. At first, Luigi believed him to be sleeping, still talking to him like he was still with us. "Hey Mario! It's that time again Mario!" But then the shock gleamed across his eyes as he realised. He stepped back, noticing the only colour in his brother's eyes to be green. He was gone. "Mario? Mario...? MARIO?" Panicking, Luigi tried to heave his brother off the ground, but to no avail. He simply stood and stared at his brother, wondering if there was anything he could do. Or if there was anything left to do. Suddenly, his heart started to race. He needed to do something, ANYTHING. His hands stumbled about in his pockets, his mind an empty cavern waiting to have some sort of idea. Yes! That was it! The Gameboy horror lay in his palm as he booted it up. "Pro- Pro- Professor?" "Ah Luigi, is there something the matter?" "It's Mar... Mario Professor." And with that Luigi directed the camera to the empty husk before him. "Hmm?" The professor did not realise. "Ah wait. OH." "What is it Professor? Can you help him?" "I'm afraid not Luigi. No one-up can do anything here." "But professor... I... I need him." But the screen was as desolate as the thing before him. For one last desperate moment, Luigi glanced desperately around, hoping someone or something could help him. Soon, Luigi found a shovel. Perhaps this might pose a solution to his predicament. He worked tirelessly over the night, searching for anything. Eventually Luigi left the field, leaving nought but a crude stone on top of a small mound. Then Patter came along and smacked him in the face because this is a stupid story about some stupid fan game that for some reason I wrote a whole story on. Precious time I will never get back -_-.

That feel when you spent literal years trying to beat Sonic Lost in Mario World as a kid and finally do beat it eventually, only to then see a RUclipsr beat it in one attempt in five seconds years later, only to be then reminded that the ending was not even worth it and you reflect back to the times you played it while thinking to yourself "Is this even worth it...? Why do I live...? What is my purpose? Do I even have one? Please help..."
