This song was recorded by the Move4Parkinson's Voices of Hope choir, our choir is made up of people with Parkinson's, their friends and family members. All proceeds will support services for people with Parkinson's and providing funding towards taking a healthcare worker from a developing country to the World Parkinson's Congress in Montreal 2013.
