What a finish for Nino!!! The GOAT !!!
Bravo! Next step, surpassing Julien's record ;)
Unbelievable performance! Never count out Mr. Schurter 👑
Anyways, he always is waaaaay in front of Julien, with way more world champion titles, more olympic medals, more world cup seasons' rankings won...
Two of the best XCO races I've seen by the men and women
🙏🙏
Legend Bec. Hard work pays off. Inspirational
smashed it 🔥
Winning a very 1st race in career is being a legend... wow, it's easy to b a legend with u.
I wonder what Nino Schurter is then...
Schurter in some crazy records: - Now 33 world cup victories
- Olympic champion and 3 times on olympic podiums; almost 4 times in a row, with last summer's 4th place for a few seconds.
- 9 times world champion, + 5 times in team relay, + junior world champion + 2 times U23 world champion + many silver and bronze in the w. championships.
- 7 times winner of the world cup overall; always 1st or 2nd during 10 years & he is the only man ever to have won every single races in a world cup season (2017).
- Between 2010 and 2019, during 10 seasons, he won exactly HALF the world cup races (32/64), letting the other half... divided between all the other guys.
N1no is just awesome... The Goat
Obrigado, Avança! Depois de 17 anos o campeonato mundial de mountain bike voltou ao Brasil e nada melhor do que ser muito bem representada em nossa cidade, Petrópolis 👑🇧🇷🔝🚴🏻♂️🔥
Let's spoil the while video, and even the chance to watch the full event by a single thump nail.
Cracking races. Well done & Thanks to Brazil! Fantastic to see Bec get her first win after so many podiums, and great job by Anne for 2nd.
What a finish in the mens race! And what a crowd! What a race!
Great job Avancini and Redbull, thank you!!!
foi surreal o vivenciamos neste evento, só quem estava lá sabe a energia que foi essa corrida.
Pity the camera footage was so poor throughout the event. Way below Red Bull's usually slick production quality.
Seriously, when Nino made that move in the final 5 minutes, they immediately changed shots and didn't show what was going on with the lead group for nearly a minute. I can appreciate them wanting to show all the racers, but when there is a tight 3 man race on the final stretch, that's what viewers want to see. Lots of time showing an empty course with no racers too.
always a tough one setting up tons of cameras in the middle of the jungle. ✌On to the next one 🙏
Bravo Vlad!! Felicitari!!!
Bravo, Vlad..! Excelentă cursă, 3xLike 😲✌️
Nice one Bec! Bringing it home for Aus!
Great course
Bravo Vlad 👍✌️
Amazing sprint finish. Props to Maxime for putting up a fight. He’s looking super strong this year
top course!!!
Emocionante, os atletas deram 150% de si, inspiração para quem anda de MTB
Welcome to the jungle!!!

N1no 🥇🏆
Nino💪
Nino 🚀🥇
Eu duvido é que em países europeus o ingresso custa 250$$, mas aqui no Brasil tudo é desse jeito mesmo, tirando isso foi top demais o evento.
Se na Europa custar 50 euros, aqui vai custar 300 reais. A culpa é do câmbio
SALUDOS
So excited for this
Big monster N1no

MTB na selva imperial de d. Pedro II 🤣👑🇧🇷🔝🚴🏻♂️🔥
Também me perguntei quanto a essa frase........
Well.........
First
It became a national sport that the 1st 2 commentators post just "first" and then "second", cause on the last video I commented (the great victory of Bencic in Charleston, in tennis), I posted 3rd, and the 1st 2 comments were the same that urs here.
I didn't post "third" anyway, I wrote a comment a bit more interesting!
😜
But I have to admit I also posted a few times just "first".
want to mountain bike on asphalt? in the city? What disgusts me is always associating Brazil with the jungle, as if we were a bunch of Indians living in the bush...
Mate, they're not emphasising the Jungle aspect in any way to dismiss or generalise about Brazilians... It's because the world cup virtually never goes to that type of environment. This race and Cairns are about the only "Jungle" (rainforest) races in recent history... All the other races, apart from maybe South Africa, are at ski resorts etc; alpine or temperate environments.
Second 😂
