Alex would stomp Keri. They're both amazing, but I watched Alex put down Eddie's daily calories and she is, at best, a third of his weight. That takes super human strength of will. Pretty sure Eddie said she was vomiting all night from eating so much lol. Keri nibbled at Brian's daily and bailed at pretty much every meal...

@A.A.Ron Davis Ah, didnt know we had a back doctor in the house. If someone has back problems, they'll see a doctor and the doctor will tell them what they need to do. So she is probably doing that.
A.A.Ron Davis I’d say that the more likely reasons she’s in good shape is because she overall leads a healthy lifestyle and wants a nice body.
@A.A.Ron Davis without good muscle support all around, even glutes... Just even sitting can cause back pain so you end up slouching or other positions that are bad for your back long term. Having strong glutes/core/& back muscles helps fight the bad positions. They don't fight to stay skinny for back reasons... Unless they are naturally large chested... Which is a pure disadvantage for you but much of the chest is fat. Which is why athletes tend to be flat or opt for implants. But being skinny unfortunately unless they can eat like a horse means they are lacking strength & muscle support.

@@lukemeyer649 it was hard to watch. Surely eddie can teach her to lock in correctly, brace and keep a neutral spine. I think that she tries to copy the average person at times but doesnt have the same leverages so tries to squat down when she is clearly more hip dominat due to her long femurs and short torso so shouldn't be dropping her hips as low. Her back should almost be parallel to the ground. At least Eddie's got the money for physios and chiros when it goes wrong haha🤷♂️🤣
TrickyMicky123456 Shes taller than the average woman which as a 6’4 guy, who is all leg I understand how hard it is to learn to deadlift right, but I also learned how bad incorrect form can hurt and how easy is it to want automatically compensate with expression like that, watching myself deadlift up till about August-ish makes me want to puke🤢

Eddie's form is unbelievable! I've never seen someone get from point A to B so flawlessly. It's easy to see how Eddie slayed the strongman field in his day, his good form meant he was never wasting energy.

You shouldn't lift anything with a rounded back like that.
@hauha from what ive learned is that if the weight is very heavy its harder to keep good form during reps. If its light i can focus more on the form. So basically light weight = better form. Heavy weight = less good form and more focus on getting the weight from A to B

@hauha LOL, too light weight resulting in bad form? It's the other way around, sometimes your form can suffer from too heavy weight but not from too light weight.. should be self-explanatory. I think she probably does not deadlift very often and has not internalized how to set your back so in the heat of the moment she had a very bad form which is not good for her back, obviously..

If Eddie had been watching any of Brian Shaw's videos, he'd know that in competitions between strongmen and their wives, the wife usually wins. He'd also know that the forfeits tend to be quite painful.
PS: It would be good to see a competition between Eddie and his wife vs Brian and his wife.
Keri keeps maneuvering Brian into endurance challenges that he can't really just power through. She's an endurance athlete. And his idea of a punishment is making her get in a cold tub; she has him WAX HIS NOSTRILS.
Eddie made a good point at the end. How unfair strongman events are when it comes to the last event, or if you're bad on one thing- you lose
