i got to skate this once in 1986 my girlfriend went to UCSC and I hitchhiked from San Francisco to see her IMO it and the original Santa Rosa park were the BEST endless carving lines at both
Wow! 86 is going back a ways to have skated there. I think somewhere around that time was when I found out about it on SkateTV. It was a fun place to skate, especially being one of the old school type of parks !
Thank you for your video. I’m 54 and grew up in the area in the late 70’s. My older sister lived about 2 miles from Derby, me, my brother and cousin rode there all the time. Watching this footage brings back so many great memories. I was 12-13 yrs old at the time & I just showed this to my 13 year old who skates. He wants to go there in the future. Gives me an excuse to visit my old stomping grounds. Thanks again.
