    1. Worth $9? Heck YEah!
    2. I haven't seen that much material dealing with this stuff since Nord Books put out a group of NPCs about Skulduggery.
What? There are like 10 - 20 magic spell books and Magic Item books out there, but not much on a whole Class (Rogue)?
    3. I really think they did a great job dealing with Crime TYPES and Scams, going WAY beyond just a group of PickPockets.

Legit. I wish there was more on this topic. It seems a lot of people are interested in criminal campaigns, but there doesn't seem to be a ton of content in those veins.

Noticed you mentioned the quality of the art but did not mention that the art is AI generated. It appears every piece of art in this particular project is AI and they actually mention their use of AI on some of their other products (ones that use less than this product). I have my doubts about the writing a being entirely written by a human as well although they do claim that part as human content. But...anybody could do exactly what this company has done if they don't mind the ethics of using generative AI like chatgpt and midjourney.

I wasn't aware of that. Someone asked me to review it. For $9 I guess I'm okay with all that.

Yes but this company did it, produced and published. so yes, for the price this is good. And yes, if they used an artist the price would go up. As long as they are upfront about these things, the choice is yours.
