Hello dear two...no...three. I'm from Germany and I've heard the song some time before but when I saw the beautiful video right now and listend to the melody and words, I cried. Did the same thing while showing this to my daughter Judi (she has seven children, now...we live with all of them...Wesley is just about the same age as your little guy) as I did when seeing the preview...tears (of love and joy) pouring down. Looks so familiar (we had six our our own before this, and now have 19 grands and almost four great-grands). Babies never lose their joy for me. Thank you so much for all of the LITTLE memories. :-)

This makes me think of my daughter who is almost 10. How the time flies. I tell people becoming a parent is like getting your heart broken but in the best way possible. I still have to hold back the tears when my daughter is in a lot of pain be it physical or emotional.
You already know how much I love this song. I feel like the world would be less without it, and it needs it. Your son is the most perfect blend I've ever seen of mommy and daddy's traits, and it's amazing that he's so like both of you. What a cute and handsome little one! So loved--you are right, he will treasure this some day. All children want and need to know that they are loved. But it goes so much deeper. The best thing a man can do for his child is love the child's mother, and the mother love the father.
