Look at your game-settigs. There should be an option for that 30 vs 30. I do not know how it calls in English but it should be something like "big-battles" or "giant-battles". You have to activate this option and than you should be able to play 30 vs 30. Important is, that you can only play with level 10 Tanks! I hope that this is helpfull for you.
