      Thanks for watching! I lived in Falcon Ranch (right next to Cinco) and my brothers went to Cinco Ranch High. I agree It’s an awesome area 👍🏻

    too expensive,IMO for that home. Keep looking.

      @@NickSellsHouston the 3/2 1400 sq ft for $350,000. IMO, the sq footage does not warrent that price. Pricing is running about 75,000 to 100,000 less in our area west of Barker Cypress around Little York.

      @@Atochabsh Oh ok gotcha. Since it's zoned to Katy ISD and just down the street from Katy HS, it's going to command a higher price/sqft than the Barker Cypress area, but I agree that particular home was overpriced. There are certainly more affordable areas around Houston

      Couple years ago there was 3,300 Sq ft house for $400K. Creech Elementary.
