The frequency responses you show in slides 14 and 15 have a limited DC gain
Usually the loop gain has a pole at w=0 to make null the error at steady state.
These loop gains have a few dBs in DC so the steady state error must be high?

That is correct you have a keen eye. The sweep is from relatively high grequency. Yes, they indeed seem to have a pole at a very low frequency
