Well, at least the black slab is gone. Had specced up one of these 4 years ago- until I heard about the software and the infotainment lack of buttons. I really like the size and design of the car, but couldn’t live with clonky controls. Went Kia Soul and love it, but would love more boot space. If Skoda brought out a version of this ID3, then I might just be tempted. VW are gone like British Leyland !!
Honestly, why are the VW EVs so ugly? Like some 20y old French car. And clearly it's not sure to the structure, aerodynamics etc, as the basically identical Skoda nyaygnig or whatever it's called is such good looking car.

I think the ID.3 is a nice looking EV. I just wish VW would bring it to the US. Right now, our only options are the ID.4 or the upcoming ID.7.
Now with unlit 12", realy helped out.........
