This is good information but what if you are leaving from the Cancun Airport and your hotel is in the Hotel Zone i.e the RIU. Do you have any good transportation tips on how to get to the Hotel Zone ?

Los autobuses de ADO son muy comodos, cuentan con wifi y todo.

¡Así es! ADO, Primera Plus y ETN son de las compañias que más usamos cuando viajamos en camión. También son de las que cubren más rutas. :)
      ¡Un saludo, Rodney!

While at resort in playa del carmen during stay, what do you suggest for transportation if you are just sightseeing in cancun. What do you also suggest for transportation from playa to Cancun when we plan to go party late at night

Do the same type of suggestions work for getting from the airport in Mexico City to say La Condesa? Family of four ,two parents and two teenagers, ages 17 and 16 with luggage for a 1 week stay?

Great question. I’d say for your situation in Mexico City you’d be best off getting an Uber from the airport to Condesa. Since you’re with your family, I’d recommend getting two Ubers. You and your significant other can each order an Uber at the same time and ask one to follow the other. This is probably the cheapest and easiest way to get to Condesa from the airport. I estimate it’d cost around 150 pesos each Uber. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching! Safe travels. -Jim

Hola. I appreciate your straightforward videos about how to be understood plainly and without fluff. So thank you. I know this video is older, but I have a question. Is it possible to go from the airport on an ADO bus without flying into Cancun? For example, you're already in town but want to go to PDC or Tulum from the airport because the buses are a bit quicker than from leaving downtown. To Tulum specifically. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Thanks for the support! We're glad you're enjoying our videos.
Yes, you can get from the airport to PDC and Tulum without having to fly in. There might be buses that go straight from the Cancun airport to Tulum now, but if now, you can take a bus from PDC to Tulum or even a collectivo.
I hope that helps! Thanks for watching. -Jim

Can’t we just take a public bus from the hotel zone to the airport?

What is the best way to arrange a cab ahead of time it seems as though the cab prices have gotten out of hand recently. it seems as though they have 40 different price sheets and just keep showing a different price sheet to get whatever price it is they want. So what is the best way to find a cab or negotiate a cab directly from the airport too playa

Where do you usually stay/lodge (preferably cheaper) in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum. Hostels, Air b n B ?
In an all inclusive resort that is +100$ per night?
