great tour guys thanks. Love the Davison's homes seem very well thought out and for once five generous double bedrooms no little boxrooms in sighy, yayyyyyy. My only slight downer is that very odd kitchen arrangement, surely you'd find it annoying to HAVE to walk all the way around everytime you wanted something?? But overall lovely house 🙂
Nice home but something about the floorplan is off. The kitchen area is fine, however the indentation with the glass doors was not needed. I think it shrinks the living room in a strange way, would be hard to layout sofa/tv. Also with such a large sized backyard, the indentation just seems strange to me. Overall nice home.
Very nice house, set up and design. As it wasn't staged, it gave a better idea of the size of each room. Two things that I didn't like were that there is too much glass on the front door entry and the other is the kitchen area the side windows that has glass all the way to the floor.
No cus i dont why my mums thinking of moving into these types of homes but now im addicted to these cus i searched up tours and stuff 😭

Sink is too small for a big kitchen.. didn't like the breakfast bar.. upper cupboards seem small only 2 shelves? Too much glass as well in kitchen

Sorry we're not 100% sure, but we know it'll be due to the Architectural/Interior Design team in-house at the Davidsons Homes offices.
