if you go behind the bank on the wall there is a door go to a secret room go to an other secret room , climb and open the vent and you find yourself in banks vault
When you go to the police station and grab that card go to that one electrical thing and then it'll let you in and the password is ur username and you can go inside it and then you can mess with the controls
Secret: In the 2nd house, go to the main bedroom and near the safe go on the table and then try to go through the wall your facing. It’s a secret attic but it doesn’t have anything.

Another secret you missed is an Agency Base, please check this out. Go to the Gas Station and Car Wash In-between go to the mountain and walk through a place.
