    I love that point: "act in alignment of what you envision yourself" - the mind is a powerful thing. We dont have to wait untill weve reached our goals to start acting like the woman we envision ourselves to be - start before!
    I like that - making things a standard
    yuppp ive been there - Im the type of person who is so afraid of failure that they procrastinate to avoid starting/avoid failing.

    My # 1 tip is: One of the best things I learned and implemented in 2024 was about CIRCADIAN HEALTH. I started watching the sunrise or the first 90 minutes of lightning every morning and it has made significant impact in my health. Sun light is a nutrient for your general health.

    Thank you for the inspiration! My top two tips are #1 Know and stay connected to your “why”. It comes in clutch when things get hard. It’s a gentle reminder to keep moving forward. #2 Have some internal and external accountability. Routines, systems, habits and a buddy to support you. Wishing everyone happy 2025!

    my tip is to think of thenew year as improving yourself instead of saying "new year, new me". I feel like when people try to change TOO much, they get discouraged or they fall off. Improving yourself suggests that youre going to build on the habits/routines you already have & improve them
