novetus does most of the technical stuff for you, as the server is just a seperate application to actually have it be PUBLIC, you have to port forward. your router may or may not do it automatically already

Read the ram allocated to the game, change it randomly (not too much, or itll crash) and youre done
ProcessStub. it allows you to do any process on your computer. be careful with it, i was told to use a VM when doing anything with Win32 programs
