My C6 Fischl runs with R5 Fading Twilight insted. Because other 4* waepons are TRASH for her: Favonius, Sacrificial & Rust. The craftable ones are still very bad, like Prototype Crescent, Compound Bow, Hamayumi, King's Squire & End of the Line.

I personally think that with dendro reactions fischl ascended to trinity god level on par with bennet and xinqiu. She is just too good.

Same. Was my first main, got her c5 in the first venti banner, then c6 in the standard banner shortly after (before 1.1). Always loved her and is still probably my most played character.
Same. I love her from day 1. I even bought her from the shop to c6 her ages ago and got her many times after that. I still regularly use her in abyss. Fingers crossed for Stringless to come home some more lol

To me, Fischl was part of the top 3 elemental off field dps along with Xiangling and Xingqiu since the beginning.
But until then, she was a little bit weaker, especially because she couldn't use reactions very well (except electrocharge).
Now with Dendro reactions, I'd say she's as strong as her hydro and pyro equivalents, which is a big deal because these 2 characters are just top tier.
Giving her these buffs just after giving her a free skin and an amazing event dedicated to her was really a nice move from Hoyoverse.
Maybe xingqui for sure not xiangling. Xiangling just does way too much damage for either of them to compare.
@@putent9623 the problem is xiangling need burst while fischl doesn’t viable to do that, more time damaging, more good.
There’s new meta called “0 down time” damages = infinity damages.

Yeah the only think holding her back was the lack of a second element she really had synergism with. Well, now that that is over. She is not just strong, she is busted the same as Xing and bennet now and xingling now.
I have always considered Fischl as a secret five stars character. The fact that she is even more busted now puts a smile on my face.

most teams actually prefer having at least one 4 star because they are the best in slot option. double hydro needs xingqiu, aggravate needs fischl, Bennet is a staple for hyper carries, kuki is essential for hyperbloom, etc.

I can see you took some feedback from prior videos and sought to add some low-spender/ftp representation. I personally really appreciate this! Also the video seems more laid back compared to the dps showcases and honestly its a breath of fresh air to hear you without a strict script every once in a while.

What's even crazier is she is a great Phys DPS if you build her for it. R5 Compund Bow, ~150% Phys DMG Bonus, Drop Bennett and Diona for some Support and Superconduct. And watch your DMG Skyrocket to an easy 20-30k DMG per Shot.
Machine Gun Fischl needs more recognition. I use her as a main dps and even without superconduct or any buffs im still hitting like 12k per shot with her.
Is a refined rust or compound better tho?
It depends on the Refinement of the Compund Bow, the R5 Rust is about as good as a 43 Compound if you are using her for Mainly Phys DMG, if you want some DMG from OZ, then Rust is better because of the higher ATK rating on it because of the ATK Sub-Stat
@@MrMonklad yeah, she is extremely good. I don't have the Best Build ~1600 ATK and around 130% CD with 167 Phys DMG Bonus and Talents are 8-6-4 since I haven't fully built her yet. Though I used to use her as an Overload Amplifier with Yanfei before I got A 5 Star.
Btw fishcl’s E upon cast deals more dmg than her burst

Normally the initial cast dmg, Burst deal more because it have higher scaling.

I really liked the f2p peak potential concept. I often find myself wondering if this or that character is worth investing into considering that I am a low spender and will not get the numbers I see from different streamers who whale. This is very useful, thank you! ❤
fischl is my favorite character. she was my first to 10 friendship. she's been carrying my teams for months now. i love her so much she might be the first character i triple crown. and thanks for the excellent videos btw, keep it up❤

As a 1.0 player, during the Unreconciled star event (where our Prinzessin was the featured character together with Mona), Fischl was well adored even back then. She just got yet another massive love due to dendro reaction.

i would've liked to see the difference between going EM focused, atk focused, pro's and con's of each team, and then shifting into a more "whale" build.
like... cool she does aggravate damage, but what if i don't run her in an aggravate pure fischl dps team? what if she's my hyperbloomer + electro-charged, is that better than just raw ATK and in which team does that become better? if you have certain weapons or artifact subs do you ignore EM ?
these are the type of things i would like to see for fischl, and all of the characters that can be built for sub dps, EM reaction, or even support.

Fischl went from like Childe and Ayato tier to Xingqiu and Nennet tier in just one update. She’s actually the best electro character in the game now.
Nice showcase! Most useful for f2p or almost f2p or even people who have lot of chara and not so many resources to spend on building random things in the hope that they'll work out fine. Plus is fun to watch even for an old Fishl lover from the start of the adventure, almost 2 years ago. Thanks!
I am running an aggravate team with Keqing as a driver Fischl and to be honest it's already really strong, when the "dendro Kokomi will arrive" this is going to be even more powerful (I am using DMC).
I have never pulled a single Stringless.

Yep. Keqing is like the new Childe with Fischl being the new XL.
It is absolutely amazing. Because of 3.0 update I am now able to 9 stars abyss 12 using Keqing and MC for the first time. All because of Fischl, and kazuha.
So is fischl the main dmg dealer in keqing aggravate team?
I use Fischl as sub DPS. I use 4 piece Echoes set with an R5 Alley Hunter. With normal attack at level 9, 2577 ATK, 55/194% crit, I'm doing anywhere from 5K to 11K with normal bow shots. 😀
I love Fischl. My top 3 favorite waifu. Amazing subdps. I love to use her in Yoimiya Yelan Fischl ZL team.
That is my preferred Yoimiya team as well. I honestly wish I could have two Fischl on my account.

Fischl is incredible but my c0 Yae Miko get even more love and did 92k + 115k x3 which blows away my mind!
The time i got c6 fischl. I really enjoy her gatling damage no matter what her build is. Currently mine is using 4pc PF electro goblet. She's so fun to use ngl.
I'm not into any meta argument or anything but this is cool. I started playing the game with Fischl back in 1.0 (I got her with beginner's banner) and never in the game she felt weak . Yeah she wasn't always the strongest but was always... always reliable. At any level, I can just put her in the team and she will do good work.
And now I have her tripple crowned for all the services
Fischl was one of the first characters I ever got and she has been with me through most content and one of my faves.

Just recently decided to build Fischl after a year and a half of neglect (her new skin made me like her a lot more), she's been doing amazing and is the best sub-DPS my Ayato could ask for. I can't wait to have an on-field dendro character to abuse her passive's damage

Why do people want a yae vs fischl when they actually play really well together?

I think the difference between them is not that big. Yae just occupies more field time because you need to put down her 3 E. And if you use her Q you need to refresh her E. Unlike fish where you just press E then swap out.
@@aze2658 Don’t forget Fischl can use Elegy for the 100 EM + 20% atk up buff really well, while Yae can only utilize TToDS at the heavy cost to her personal dmg.
Why not using both? I personally use them with collei and kokomi. You can focus on dmg on one and support on the other, like using noblesse or tenacity. By my experience, I would say that C6 Fischl is slightly better than Yae Miko in terms of dmg and overall versatility, but they are really close
Yae is a 5* so her base atk and stats are higher. Yae benefits from reactions more with her A4 I think it is. Plus Yae's raw dmg is just MILESSS higher than fischl, even if fischl is C6.
yae has more upfront damage (because of her burst) but has to spend more time on field setting up totems, otherwise i recommend fischl more just because she's a constant source of damage though i will say, i prefer running them together instead lol (my quicken team is dendro traveller, yae, fischl, kazuha) and using both kazuha and yae to trigger fischl's a4 is really nice imo
A team I think you would enjoy is albedo zhongli, Dendro MC, and keqing/raiden. I have been calling it poprocks and its been a blast in this abyss. Try it out if ya want :D

Can we get an updated yae guide for dendro reactions? I'm thinking of pulling her rerun due to her em scaling but I have no idea how good she actually is. I don't see any theory crafters talking about her
People doesn’t like her due clunkiness, for me it’s no issue at all. My yae deals high damages, even without her signature nor cons.
Basically miko went from solid well balanced character to very good character for me and become solid driver too since dendro last pretty long and her CA don't have ICD
I think what’s being missed out a lot with genshin builds is on hit builds. Yelan, Xingqiu, and Raiden apply on hit. Raiden and Yelan is a great duo. Waiting on getting a better dendro character before I focus on EM for fischl.
Because its too op plus you forgot electro traveler, beidou, and thoma for the on characters as well. Oh yeah and on hit is different from doing a normal attack. For example raiden’s burst form normal attacks cannot use beidou’s and electro traveler’s burst effect.
Aggravate Fischl (and any aggravate electro character) wants to prioritize crit stats since they effect all of your damage output. EM only effects the aggravate scaling and atk only effects your raw talent damage. For Fischl, aggravate just made EM as valuable as Atk%, not more valuable. Basically you can run either an EM sands or an atk% sands (just pick whichever has better substats). You don't need to change Fischl's build at all for aggravate.
For other electro characters whether EM or Atk% is better in aggravate comps will depend on how fast they actually apply electro and how good their raw talent damage is. Someone like Raiden for example still gets more out of atk% than EM since her electro application per rotation is lower but her talent damage (from burst) is very high. Beidou would also prefer her regular builds. Keqing (like Fischl) can run either EM or Atk% sands. Kuki is terrible for aggravate (solid for hyperbloom though). Lastly Yae would want whichever has better substats.

I remember during the game's launch Fischel was considered to be one of the best characters, but then dropped down in opinion almost solely to being an electro type. The Catalyze reaction (Quicken then aggravate) means she is top tier again. I feel she is actually a little stronger than Xiangling now and replaces her as 3rd best 4 star after Bennet and Xingqui.
She was always top tier (and electro was always good). Taser comps were criminally underrated for a long time. Mostly due to the dps per rotation being harder to calculate than vape, melt and freeze teams. I would agree that she comes out slightly ahead of Xiangling but mostly because she isn't tied to Bennett (which frees him up for your second team).
Electro being considered bad also had a lot to do with how underwhelming Keqing was pre-dendro.
It would be interesting so see her compared with Yae Miko now. Or maybe even both together.
Simple way is, yae miko does more damages than fishcl, while fischl are really good at application. They both have same playstyle with different role. Both are exactly in the same “0 down time” meta.
@@Tammysupreme30 You also have to remember Fischl has her A4 (that contributes massively to her damage) which Yae does not, so in an optimized Aggravate team unless you use Yae as a driver or have her ultra-invested most of the time Fischl will be a stronger choice.

@@Tammysupreme30 it’s not opinion, it’s reflected in dps calcs. Fischl is simply better c6 vs. c0 yae without her signature. Yae only pulls ahead with cons and a better weapon. You can check kqm calcs or gcsim to see the disparity between the two.
Just their raw talent damage Yae wins. When reactions are involved though Fischl wins (especially aggravate). Fischl's A4 passive is disgustingly good for aggravate teams. Yae does have one thing that Fischl doesn't though, a sizable nuke.
Realistically though Fischl is kind of the best electro character in the game currently (unless you have constellations on your Raiden).
I have a c6 physical fischl with r3 mitternacht waltz and it much more fun to play than I have anticipated.
when dendro arrived I was able to 36-star the Abyss for the first time, just by putting her as my main dps on one side and running national on the other :D
She is now the essential sub dps alongside Xinqiu and Xiangling. Imo Beidou should get a tweak to differentiate herself. I know she’d be better as an aggravate team but for the most part it’s hard to want to build EM on her since she already demands ATK and ER on top of the normal crit stats.
Both Beidou and Fischl want to prioritize crit stats over EM or Atk for aggravate since crit stats effect all of their damage (both talents and aggravate reactions) where as EM and Atk only effect one or the other. Running Beidou in an aggravate comp would only mean that EM becomes as valuable as atk for her. The same applies to Fischl. Basically you can use an atk% sands or an EM one. Just pick the sands that has better substats.
For hyperbloom Beidou works wonders but you need an anemo character to be the actual trigger. Beidou's burst will never hit the cores so you just build her like normal. Your full EM build anemo character then swirls the electro on enemies, proccing the cores (EM and character level are all that matter for hyperbloom). In an anemo driven hyperbloom team you would use Beidou for AOE fights and Fischl for bosses if you are trying to min-max it. Fischl can hit the cores but it is fairly rare and she has better single target damage.
@@Nowaylarry Somewhat true but her ER req is much higher than Fischl who has a lower cost and produces way more particles so Fischl can get away with pushing in some EM meanwhile Beidou really must choose one or the other (basically she isn’t fit for aggravate). She is definitely a bit better in a hyperbloom team though I imagine it would be difficult to control her application since it’s so widespread and throwing in a single anemo, Dendro, and hydro would mean she absolutely will need some ER more than in a taser comp. Fischl on the other hand would have a similar effect considering with either Sucrose and Kazuha they will swirl electro just as much as with Beidou. Basically where Beidou maybe edges out Fischl in a 2 enemies at a time situation hyperbloom team, Fischl will certainly beat her at aggravate and is pretty equal with an anemo activated hyperbloom in most scenarios. I can maybe see an aggravate Beidou though if she ended up getting enough EM through other characters. Her application would be stellar the more enemies there are and she’d handily and probably more consistently than even Yae be able to activate it especially when there are just 2 enemies. I love Beidou more than fischl honestly and still she is definitely serviceable but fischl has definitely come a long way and probably has more to go (I’ve got a sneaking suspicion one of the archons will boost skill damage, maybe it will be Nahida and it wouldn’t be much of a stretch considering Heizou, Dori, Yoimiya, Ayato, and Yae are all heavy in skill damage).
@@pianoimpact7699 I went and tested her with Sucrose, Traveler and Xingqui. Yep Beidou still needs more than 200% ER (you might be able to get away with 200% with consistent perfect parries for more energy).
I've got her on 4pc Emblem and 200% is not really enough. This is in addition to XQ running Fav and Traveler on Sac. My Sucrose also gets 3 skills.
@@Nowaylarry Man that’s crazy that 200% isn’t enough! I feel like they should give her some sort of effect/tweak to make her specific to taser teams since that’s where she really shines with her burst. Maybe when she activates the taser she will gain a particle on a 5s CD just like the resonanace. In that case she’d be perfect for it. Tbh I think taser is so much fun and although Dendro reactions really helped electro a lot and boosted its overall power, it didn’t necessarily fix the issues it already had with its other reactions. Superconduct still doesn’t make sense even though technically of all the original reactions for electro it’s the strongest if a character can use it (basically just Eula atm). Overload is also niche and reqs Venti for it not to be otherwise it’s only useful against heavy enemies. And then taser just doesn’t do enough dmg. In terms of dmg the new reactions are great and far surpass the use of the originals especially when it comes to aggravate but it’s not people wanted electro to have op reactions they just wanted the current reactions to make more logical sense for way the game is played.
I was not using fishl for months, then after tighnari release I gave her dendro full set with non upgraded artifacts. Even though I have yae miko i find fishl more convenient and less field time. With good electro application.
I mean Yae Miko is not for supporting main dps character. It's like putting Beidou or Xiangling as a self sustaining and standalone support, of course they will suck.

Fisch was always A+ tier even on bad builds, and possible S tier with the right build and team since launch. She now is tickling the SS tier with dendro out now.

At 5:00 I don't understand the reasoning behind Thrilling Tales. You gave the buff to not-Fischl for one thing, but another thing is, there's an electro support catalyst; hakushin ring.
Also There's Traveler with Sapwood Sword for more EM, but I'd like to hear your reasoning behind Collei + sac bow.

Basically the rich get richer situation, FIschl was always top tier but never S tier like Bennett, XQ and XL but now I think it is safe to say that she is in the same broken 4 star category with Dendro buff
Personally I like to run my fischl as a physical dps/sub dps since ver. 1.0 she still helps me to do some overworld bosses, trounce domains and even abyss floors 9-11, I think fischl is still great now a days, lately am thinking of farming artifact for a support fischl and seeing this video encourage me more.
On an electro build Fischl is basically the best electro character in the game at this point (unless you have constellations on Raiden).

Ok, i HAVE to ask this, bcause i dont really get it. Her passive (undone...hex) does scale only with her attack, doesnt it? so wouldnt it be much better to just increase fischls attack and em for max dmg in an mostly-off-field aggravate team, bcause focusing on crit and electro goblet will result in less overall attack? Also can this passive even crit?
If we are comparing c6 4*s and c0 5*s, I would put Fischl at the top of electro. Her damage was basically on par with a c0 Raiden before dendro and while she doesn't offer all of the same utility, Fischl has more team flexibility due to her lower field time requirements. Fischl is still the second best electro battery. She benefits from extremely flexible artifact set requirements. Dendro took her from being nearly tied for the over all best electro character to the best. Even at c0, with the addition of dendro I'd put her on par with Raiden (c0).
Fischl is to electro what Bennett and Xingqui are to pyro and hydro respectively.
pretty neat showcase, i actually have a secondary account where i've reached endgame and haven't even wished on it a single time yet, that is to this day i have completely F2p account where i've only gotten event reward characters and only craftable/event weapons and looking at your fishl's stats i would say thats certainley realistic and attainable for an F2P player. most my characters on that account average around 60 Cr-130 CD and between 120-180 ER. Great Video! But would it be possible to include "normal" teams for her and how well she does in thm now? Like teams where it is not focussed everything around her but for example teams like Beidou Fischl etc. would like to see how these teams do now and what peak potential of her looks like in such teams. This time it were always just pure Fischl teams which in most scenarios won't be done i think? But feel free to correct me
This is just my opinion but I believe she works as a flex slot in any team as a nice bonus dmg with no energy requirements
Her most famous uses pre-dendro were in physical team like Eula's
or electro charge team like sucrose fischl xingqiu beidou( there are a lot of variations of this one but this is the one I'm most familiar with) and in overload teams
And post-dendro she can she used in every quicken team because of how broken her passive is
And she can also be used in hyper bloom even though she isn't the best because oz doesn't always target the seeds
well since 1.0 fiscel is good and after sumeru fiscel is something like xiangling nowdays. the character for f2p friendly strongly recomended to build even if u dont have her on c6. and please consider make a video about venti and albedo in 3.0 because i dont really wana pull new character.

hmmm... my battle style is minimum effort. I don't care about being quick. I avoid the attack button when i can, and just cycle thru skill and burst. But .. if i avoid the attack button, does C6 Oz just sit there and do nothing? If that's the case, maybe C5 Oz is more suited to me.
