And I use it cranked up to the max on my back I'm 30 and was born with a extra disk In my back and my l9 the extra one below l9 and one above are all slipped and stenosis is 4 different spots. So I crank it full power every day for a hour it feels good but a tens unit hits you different then a taser

So some sort of riot... Except most people in riots wear heavy clothes etc, so it is basically useless, except as a normal riot shield.
It appears to just be a compliance device, not an immobilization device. A taser gun causes muscles to seize preventing a subject from fleeing or attacking, this just causes extreme discomfort to get a subject to follow instructions.

Just me or do we need more interactions like this especially young black males with officers. Young black males are not bad people nor or police officers, there are some bad apples in the bunch on both sides, we need more of this type of interaction !!!
We need respect on both sides. If people KNEW the cop was gonna treat him fairly and the young black man didnt start fighting the cop, or tell them "I got something for ya and start swinging at em!" Then yeah, things would go a lot smoother. It takes 2 to dance and both of them have preconceived opinions racing through their head about how bad the other one is and thats a recipe for disaster. Im a white guy who grew up in Detroit and I know what city kids say about cops when there aint no cops around and regardless if theyre doin anything wrong, I know how city kids act amd react towards cops talking to them or asking them what theyre doing when theyre just walking. But the funny truth of the matter is cops is TWICE as many white men every year, as they do black men. So where's our parade? The reason we don't have a parade is most white people will condemn the acts of a white guy who picked a fight with the cops getting shot and killed. They'll say You had no business Stern fight with the cops and that's what he gets for testing the cops and pushing them as far as they can. I have a lot of friends who were getting arrested for semi-serious stuff and half my street was in the cops face yelling at em for harassing my friends, even tho the neighbors saw us do whatever it was they were arresting my friend for.
