We stayed at the White Sand Ark Resort at the northernmost point of Sok San Beach. It is run by a Ukrainian/Russian couple who are Lovely and made our stay wonderful. Lonely Beach can be accessed by motorcycle but it is not for a timid driver and requires directional knowledge outside of GPS. Koh Rong is a magical island. Lots of nice memories there. 🏖
I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the general quality of pizza in Cambodia my last trip. Besides the happy variety, the bar was set pretty darn high in my book... and I'm from new jersey, so I know a fine pie lol!
I'm so jealous of you you brother! But I'm so very happy for you. I just got back from fishing in Kansas and I see you roaming around paradise in our country! One day I hope to sell my AI Consulting company and roam around the country I was born in just like you. Keep it up.
Thanks for the info! I never been to Koh Rong but plan to! yea, I am not a excursions person too, lucky my wife is not as well. We love to EAT, drink, and veg out and do nothing and just get some R & R. Koh Rong looks perfect for our next adventure!
It's a beautiful Island and cheap comparatively. I would go as soon as possible because they are currently in the process of building huge resorts that may change the relaxing vibe.
How is about tuktuk?? I don’t see it I like your content, lovely, thanks for making this video to the whole world, so they can see what is island belong to khmer territory.
Great Vid 👍 we are touring Cambodia in November finishing up on Koh Rong for 10 days. How much cash would you suggest, I know it's difficult to say, but an average amount?
I've been following your video for many years. Based on your personality and character, your role should be a little Indiana Jones for Cambodia. Perhaps there is some exciting history that the audience doesn't know about. There are too many food bloggers out there, and, in my opinion, the central focus should be adventurous.
@@bobbymaldini7653 when I went out for my morning run I always see someone cleaning the beach but maybe when I was there not too many people were visiting.
Why not touch on a bit of history about how the place came about, something from the local myth, political or otherwise, something only known to the local people.
There honestly isn’t much interesting history about the island. Before it became a hotspot for backpackers it was just a handful of villages that lived off of the fishing.
Very Nice place, What ever you do just make sure you don't stay in Sihanoukville on your way there. Western's not welcomed. Chinese only. They basically colonized it. ruined the best of Cambodia not even English signs and they are very rude to say the least, with overpriced mediocre food... We can only hope the Chinese Gangster Moguls wont buy up the islands too.

Fishing in Kansas sounds like a nice relaxing time. I hope that one day you can go fishing in Cambodia too!
@@saviyou I plan on it soon. And I plan on opening up an AI Consulting company in my country of Cambodia too!
Love the island.
Very good video man! Hope you can make this into a huge hobby and career! cheers!

Hello savi!!!!! I found you from sonny's channel :)
That's awesome, welcome to my channel! Where do you live?
I'm located in Canada
GREAT VIDEO savi watching from Greece
I like travel videos introduced by the local guides. It's more neutral than the Europeans.
I see you've graduated the filming school of Sonny xD but anyway I love the new format!!
Well this isn't really something BEFRS would film but I did take some of what I learned and injected it into this video. Thanks for noticing!
@@saviyoui do noticed many of your own unique take on the video and appreciate that better

Savi, is this a promo video?
The weather is good . When did you go there ?
I went in April, we had AMAZING weather!
How is about tuktuk?? I don’t see it
I like your content, lovely, thanks for making this video to the whole world, so they can see what is island belong to khmer territory.
Yes, they have tuktuks but I didn't ride because renting a moto was better for me
Looks great❤
Shame the airport will change it for ever.
Anyway nice video..
Great natural style vlog.
🙏 Thanks
I hope it retains the laid back vibe and doesn’t become like Sihankoukville.
Savi how many islands are there in Cambodia undeveloped?
There's quite a few...I think around 60 in total?
Great Vid 👍 we are touring Cambodia in November finishing up on Koh Rong for 10 days. How much cash would you suggest, I know it's difficult to say, but an average amount?
Good man. I’m going in December. What is the weather like then?
Should be 80-90 and sunny most of the time
Just came back from koh rong. Spent 10$ for the scooter was worth it
Would you mind stating the prices of the food restaurant in dollars? In general like how much would be a meal?

I love it 💯Thanks for the feedback!!
Way cheaper in us $300 for 8hr for jetski
It was $150 per hour, not for the day...i don't understand why it's that expensive!!
i went there recently! they need to clean all those plastic!
Where did you stay? When I went, the beach was clean.

I've been to Sihanoukville recently and agree with you. Koh Rong is so beautiful but it looks they are planning to build some huge resorts there.
