Same here, i have developed my own trading plan/edge, but i still get super emotional after a loss. Realized it will just take time to get over it. Most important thing is not quitting, because thats when you actually lose

Thank you for these videos there been times I made consistently a certain amount of money everyday for two weeks and then that one day were the market is bad and I push because my pride tells me the market needs to consistently give me money daily and boom I lose that two weeks with a matter of minutes because I couldn’t throw away my pride and walk away for one day
Money is definitely a side effect, but definitely have goals. I don’t fully agree with this video, first video I’ve seen though that isn’t the best advice. In my opinion you should have goals and track your kpis. Absolutely get better each day in being diligent and managing risk impeccably. Learn to master a window of time and become the best performer at that time. Be content with enough. My goal is 6% a month. Not drawing down more than .3% from start and then build a cushion and run to target with ease. Definitely don’t set any goals that’ll be high pressure. Be realistic with what your baseline is in understanding, experience, and account size.
