    Sifu Dewight this was a great episode I enjoyed it very much. If Jeremiah is going to look at these comments I'm curious about his diet does he consider a keto diet without dairy. What does he think about intermittent fasting.

      I designed it myself it has elements of JKD, Kali, Krav Maga and JuJitsu hidden in it... The 4 main things I teach. 😊

      ​@@ramondiaz2851since learning martial arts I've had at least 3 situations where I've successfully survived fighting 6 or more people and was still standing my ground when the fight ended. Wasn't easy. Was painful. But I say I survived because it hurt but I had dropped a few guys and the ones not on the ground fled the scene but didn't feel like a win when I had blood running down my face from a cut. But I was still holding my ground.

      @calicombatsystems I had my fights & won because I had good pain tolerance & super cardio,but never than one opponent! You win! 6 opponents, you are lucky that you are still alive! That's the victory that you survived! I specialize in deception & I was able to talk & move at the Sametime to avoid a gang of 5 in a new York Subway by playing DEAF! So they left me alone.
