    Vry effective vdo lecture bt as a professional in my opinion corporate planning can b approached with the principal factor that is considered as a target of the organization.There r three generally accepted approaches to corporate planning like satisfying,optimising nd Adaptivizing.Determinants of corporate planning r Organizational size, Diversification, business complications, management attitude, planning skills, ownership, market conditions, demand, time lag.Also environmental Analysis can not be ignored other wise it becomes difficult for the the enterprise to survive nd grow in corporate governancein brief.useful nd inspiring lecture.Thanx.

    What is the difference between a governance model and corporate governance? Can a company legally have some elements of corporate governance that do not obey the nations governance model?

    which one of these models would u say is suitable for recovering from a scandal

    • @DevTechFinance

      Among all Anglo american model followed best practices against frauds and scams. From external auditing, transparency in capital market, security to investors, independent board members, legal actions against scandals nd frauds were all significantly emphasized in model.

    Mam what is the difference between values and ethics plz reply....

    • @DevTechFinance
      @DevTechFinance  4 года назад

      Values are personal stance of right and wrong influenced by society, family, culture , religion etc.
      When the same values are applied to professional stance in organizations, job, institute etc. ,it is called as ethics.

      Mam what is the relationship between Corporate and social ethics

    • @DevTechFinance
      @DevTechFinance  4 года назад +1

      Corporate Social Responsibility has been made mandatory for big businesses and corporates under amendment made in companies act in 2014. Thus, it became necessary for corporates to create sustainable environment and work in fields necessary for social development like education, health, rural etc. Today businesses has to be socially ethical to create a goodwill in society and avoid legal actions.
