Lauren, I just want to say that I recently bought hardware from you and besides being the absolute fastest shipping, it is the highest quality hardware. I will never skimp again, its a game changer. Keep up the good work.
Adorable little bag. Yes, will make a few for my great granddaughters. Thanks for tut. Especially appreciate you showing how to fix an oops. We all have those days! ❤️
Great bag, mistakes for all of us to learn. so glad you keep them in so that the ones who think people are perfect in all their makes are also infallible
Great videos. I always learn something from your videos. You have encouraged me to add things to my patterns and mix patterns together to get the look I want. You are a super teacher. Thank you sooooo much.
working on a two-color version of this bag, and couldnt think of what to do for the back side. and here you come with 'just add another slip pocket!' why is it always the easy ideas that escape me 🤦♀🤦♀
Hi thanks for the tutorial. I’m working on this pattern now hopefully it turns out good for me 🤞. Would like to ask what sewing machine you have? Thanks 😊
Here's a hint I use for getting my rolled seams to lie flat when I can't iron or before I iron so I can get it to sit right - run your fingernail over the seam fairly firm but not to stretch and it will help it lie flat.
Can I ask how you get your scissors to magically attach to your sewing machine? Do you have a magnet there? Are the scissors magnetic? (I don't think that's it, it didn't say anything in the description of your everyday tools when I looked it up) I need a little help here!
Seems like the flap did not match up with the front after I attached my magnets as well, perhaps make sure the pattern is correct. Or what works is putting your magnet on the flap, then match the flap to the top of the front piece to mark where to put the second magnet.

I was also thinking since the flap didn't reach the edge maybe attaching lower... Like the Ruby from Bagstock?
