I am with you Sara, God has given us our talent
Never apologize for your faith. I’m a believer in Jesus and I won’t apologize either. I’ve had quite a month myself. Our 53rd anniversary was on June 22nd. My hubby’s birthday was July 6th and mine was on July 7th. I vended in a craft show for July 4th and my picture was in the paper. Then one of my first cousins and his wife died a few weeks apart, which broke my heart. This coming Saturday is our family reunion, and they won’t be there. All of this and I haven’t felt well. Next month I hope to vend at a pow wow and I have a ton of Native American Indian items to make for that (if the lady in charge ever answers her phone). Not to mention baby sitting on occasion with our great grand kids. SO I understand busy.People need to try to understand how busy you are.Let it it roll off your back like water off a duck’s back. Remember, you are loved and appreciated.

Since that's nylon thread, you can melt the ends of each strand, and with your fingers, roll the material while it's still warm into a long needle-like end that's hard enough to pass easily through the bead without those annoying frayed ends. Just let it cool off and harden a few minutes before you start. It only messes up a few millimeters of cord, and makes it a lot less frustrating. Very pretty bracelet, Sara, I like the purple with the iridescent beads! Give Cooper a hug from us!

Love it how you defended yourself... btw I am very religious too. I am a moslim... and I am absolutely not defended by your jewelry. Or if you should talk about God. Religion is personal and you do what you want... I get sometimes remarks if I wear my shawl... called hijab. Don't understand why... because I wear my shawl, you where a cross... I dont mind. I make even rosaries... as there is freedom of religion... I thought it was like that... just be yourself. I like your videos.. you remind me of me when I was younger... yes I am an oldie... passionate and very expressive. I like it... 😍

I think it's easier if I remember "over under and under over" when I pass the cord to make those two legged pants, 😂. Just need to remember to switch the "p" to the right position when doing the left side, 👍.

I put you on hold and found supplies. I used Chech faceted pony beads with hemp cord. I love how it turned out. Thank you for a wonderful idea😺

I Use a lil bit of Elmer's glue on the ends when that happens and swirl the tips to a point.

Very pretty, I love your choice of colours. May I add a couple of ideas which would speed things up a little: you could melt the point of your cord into a « needle » to thread the beads more easily; you could also load multiple beads at once, and block the last one by passing the cord through again, or with a temporary knot.

That's funny because I also had a birthday ending in 0 (30) that I thought I was going to celebrate with a big party, because it felt like a big deal at the time, but it didn't happen. I didn't even get to be present for my birthday but that's a different story. Okay well just had a crazy understanding of what it's like to have an idea of what something should be and life doesn't make it possible

Another idea I picked up to keep the cord end more "needle like" is to put a drop of Super New Glue on it and pull it through a folded piece of paper to make the point. It works great

The beads that you used in this tutorial they look like labradorite. Because they have that labradorite kind of flash to them I was just wondering is that what you're using for beads
