@@Aaron-mn2ro the xx90 cards are never about price to performance. The 4090 was a massive leap from the 3090ti so it wasn't as realistic to expect a similar jump this time around. It's not a card that I'm interested in because I wouldn't drop 1600 on a card let alone 2000. The people buying that type of gpu aren't interested in value they're a very wealthy demographic only interested in the fastest overall product. I don't know why anyone would be bothered about the pricing of it because anyone with enough expendable income to buy a 4090 can already afford a 5090. What matters is the price to performance of the rest of the line up.
De8auer, HW unboxed, Linus all said it's powerful but not really worth it as it is only 25-30% faster than the 4090 on average and uses too much power. They all said it's really a 4090 Ti.

People need to understand that a computyer only understand 0s & 1s, it doesn't care how that data gets to it. So if software can generate frames, even better it means less spent on hardware. Why you all think the iverall 50 Series cost less except 5090?

Best and most USEFUL review ive seen today. A lot of the 5090 reviews have been weirdly underwhelming.
Thanks for watching 🙏
because the card is underwhelming. roughly 30% more performance for 25% more money. Should have just been a 4090Ti

i'm keeping the 1080 ti for another gen. unless the 5060 comes with 16gb vram.

0 price to performance uplift and negative power to performance uplift. Real big performance boost right there...
What about when you alt tab when gaming, does it still have that black screen delay?
Not if you have a DP 2.1 monitor.
That happens when you have a slow cpu. My 13900k got rid of that nonsense instantly.
It happens because Nvidia can't handle DSC like AMD can. I can't even enable DSR because of it ffs.
25% price increase on paper, 70% IRL
