i am italian, pizza lover and maker, and can guarantee this pizza is italian stamped guarantee! my sincere congrats to these guys, you know how to make proper napolitan pizza. one little tip: crush tomatoes by hand rather than blender, it will increase the sauce flavor and texture because you will leave small chunks of tomatoes :)
Sembra un insulto all’Italia sto video, partendo da gli ingredienti di bassa qualità, mozzarella asciutta, pomodoro non sembra manco fresco si vede dal colore è da come è fatto, l’impasto idem fatto come il culo, si appiccicava quando è stato coperto ma anche quando lo stava mettendo a lievitare l’ha messo male doveva impastarlo bene, poi bho non so che farina usano, l’impasto era giallastro, forse usano la farina di topo tritato

perfectly done and today with Albert Heijn's dry powder like yeast it easy very easy to prepare your own dow and keep in the fridge for no time to start putting ingredients Italian tomato pure with saus salami and meat balls and sausages cheese mozerella parmesan and belgium pepper pesto tomato all done whatever you wish onlky problem it gets a bit massy flour on the counter so marble counter is the best but some flour always helps. I live in Rotterdam so supermarket AH is an example but everywhere nowadays have the same ingredients because pizza has become an international well established taste
Great pizza. I am sure it tastes great and I would love to use as much cheese myself but unfortunately I can't. Way too many calories and saturated fat. Is this crumbled provolone or shredded mozzarella? I can't really tell, but I see block mozzarella and bocconcini so probably provolone

why would you add the basil before its going into the oven? it will burn and will have bitter taste.. for normal you put it on the pizza after it comes out from the oven... still looks delicious tho.
I'm not into greasy pork and chewy chees pizza...put cool to watch. I like pizza with little cheese, sea salt, pesto sauce, basil, artichoke, chicken, oregano, peppers and broccoli.yum.
In real Italian pizzas there is never chiken (but only sausage or prosciutto, tuna fish, artichoke in oil italian style, black baked olives, mushrooms), or broccoli and not even pesto which is a mistake of those who want to imitate Italian foods, in fact pesto doesn't go in pizza but in spaghetti, quite another thing! The gummy cheese is probably just an attempt to imitate the excellent mozzarella that we know how to make only in southern Italy, they don't even know how to make it in northern Italy! I think you've never eaten a pizza that is similar to the Italian one, sorry... 😉👍🇮🇹🍕

On this video they added sugar to the sauce. I thought Napolitan pizza relied on the natural sweetness of the tomato, no sugar needed.

@@alfaalfa33ma appunto, ma poi si vede che gli ingredienti sono scadenti, le mozzarelle sono asciutte, il pomodoro sembra brodo rosso con dentro non so cosa, l’impasto si è pure appiccicato allo straccio quando l’ha messo a lievitare e la pure messo male quando l’ha coperto
