    Hello and well done on your win and thanks for sharing.
    Right then. My friend has multiple issues with her ex employer so could they all be put down on the same ET-1 claim form examples breach of contract, as in the implied duty to maintain mutual trust and confidence, discrimination , unfair treatment, bullying, etc but of course only presenting the strongest ones with the relevent laws attatched?.

      This all led her to walking out and then diagnosed with work related stress disorder by her GP and then eventually resigning after 22 years of service. Contructive dismissal.

      Don't worry too much about getting all the legal jargon in there. Just tell the story in full and explain what you think has been unfair/unjust/unlawful. The judge and panel will be able to help

    Hi. Thanks for the Video. Does Personal Injury mean an actual injury at work, due to the employers negligence and the consequences after, ie depression, being unable to work, pain and long term effects.? Thanks

    • @beentheredonethat9647
      @beentheredonethat9647  Год назад

      Yes if it's medically diagnosed, like depression or a broken leg...etc. mine was PTST (side note: thoroughly recommend CBT therapy)

    Hi do you have any advice on the document bundle exchange, sneaky tactics employers use. Also what if we are asked for further and better particulars. Any advice. Is it necessary can I refuse.

      It's up to you how you want to claim. In terms of injuries they would be three different things

    Your videos are really useful. I have a preliminary hearing this week and am bricking it. You say in the video you can find the 16th edition and download it, however I cannot find anything later than the 10th edition for free download. The figures in the 10th seem the same as in your video so I am just wondering if you can confirm that the video features the 16th?

      sorry, in your video, you say this is just an example so I expect it is the tenth like I can find.

      Yes this is just an example to walk it all through. The 16th is the current version, you can buy it on amazon

    Hello dear, are you able to do a video on the steps at the hearing please, specifically the first day. I have no idea what the scheduled like, what's first second... also, do we need to write submissios and when is it done? And the closing submissions, does it have to be in writing? Does the judge tell us when this needs to be submitted? My hearing is next month. Thank you, dear A x

      @beentheredonethat9647  Год назад +1

      Don't panic, the judge knows you are a member of the public and will talk you through things. Closing submissions Don't have to be in writing because they take notes but solicitors tend to put theirs in writing to help the judge and panel

    Hi, how is that included in the ET ? I've thought it must be a different claim as a PI, but the way you are saying it sounds, it can be included an extension of injury to feelings? If so, how could a particular PI be included in injury to feelings? X

      it is only in certain circumstances that this is the case. It is possible to claim compensation for personal injury suffered in an Employment Tribunal if the claim is based on discrimination. In my case the personal injury element was a psychological injury. It is uncommon but you ca bring this as part of your shedule of losses
