  • In this video, I will introduce you to the solicitors regulation authority. I've picked out the key rules from the SRA code of conduct that you need to know about. If you are up against a respondent who is represented by a solicitor it can be very handy to understand what the solicitor can and can't do. I hope this video helps you in your situation representing yourself at Tribunal. If you are on that journey right now, good luck!
    👋 Heads up!
I am not a lawyer nor do I ever claim to be. This is advice based on my own experience representing myself in a gruelling 11 day trial with a cumulative 14 days in court and a full 2 years from case commencement to Remedy award. Read more about my case here: www.thetimes.c...

The solicitors, judges, barristers are all in system that makes them a lot of money. We pay taxes for judges to protect us against these people but they play golf with them!

    Brilliant
I've got a case that has been in the appeal court since February 14 2024
    Nearly 6 month's
I increased my claim by 7 fold according to proverb 6: 30 31
I have them on a void order
    That's asda price from 30 to 210
    I've tide them in knots
A void order is incurably void
    A nullity cannot be waived
I don't think they like it
I don't think they want to touch it
Its very toxic to the securities presumed ab initio to the secondary securities that the court pays taxes on
Have you ever come across this before
I think they ate waiting for me to submit to the first claim
Unfortunately i am going to sue for delays for a laugh
    Nothing ventured
if ICO can take 17% of 26 billion or is it capped at 20 odd million
Who are they compared to me

Hello dear, did you have legal advice in general, I mean did you did spoke to a solicitor once to get a summary advice? X

I wasted money at the outset on a lawyer writing a letter to the otherside which they just ignored. From then on I just threw myself into learning how to do it myself and I am absolutely delighted that I did. Lawyers are a total waste of money. Noone cares about your case more than you!

@@beentheredonethat9647I reached out to a lawyer initially for a settlement. Ended up costing me loads, after the respondent decided to ignore it. Now I’ve decided to self represent myself.
Your video are giving me comfort ❤ happy to connect with anyone. I think we could all do with supporting each other x

@@beentheredonethat9647 yes I'm finding that - some solicitors seem to have gone into law to defend abuse it seems to me - I can see how some have a bad name too - I guess you focused on procedure & pregnancy discrimination?? 👍

It's definitely allowed room for interpretation. Usually, that means you would be justified in bringing this rule up if you felt they were acting unreasonably and it's up to them to disagree.

Thank you, and would there be any case studies to prove that it is open for interpretation?

    • @beentheredonethat9647
      @beentheredonethat9647  8 месяцев назад +1

There will be but I've not researched that in depth. Usually when a rule uses the word "reasonable" it's generally accepted that reasonable is not a fixed value but most people would judge reasonable relatively the same.
