Of course it is. Especially for more Beginner/Novice riders or even at the start of a season to get your muscles ready to go for the slopes. One of the biggest things that a lot of beginner riders struggle with is the difference of just having snowboard boots, bindings, and a snowboard attached to your feet and body. The more comfortable you become with having your snowboard on the better and itll basically just be an extension of your body

Were you practicing for controlled falls at the end there, or for....... somersaults during big jumps?
I was practicing for some front flips (also called tamedog) as I did a few days after practicing.
