Dear CJI JI, It's my suggestion and request that the SC COULD SUMMARILY DISMIS THE CONSTITUTIONALLY NON COMPLIANT ELECTION COMMISSIONERS,DISMIS THEM AND APPOINT NEW COMMISSONERS TO CONDUCT FREE AND FAIR ELECTION AS A CARE TAKER GOVERNMENT MODI IS NON COMPETENY TO APPOINT THE COMMISSIONERS.
Not Supreme Court any more if Ec can control SC then what is Supreme in it, they are taking public for granted. Today SC had lost its credibility
There is a backlog of 4 cr cases in the country and a substantial number are also in SC! This entire discussion is on semantics and Kapil Sibal is WASTING the CJI and other Justices time which is PRECIOUS! This is a classic case of the highest court splitting hairs, over a matter of executive branch’s authorizations! Matters of highest importance are sitting including cases involving PMLA, Seditious acts, Corruption and stealing taxpayers money, and they are playing table tennis with semantics!!
