Carti's verse is fucking insane
Na Fr tho
He went barnacles
he is the goat for a reason
@@aintnow4y he is not the goat
@@yappingsteak well , thats ur opinion. i think he is
that smile when carti's verse begins hahaha priceless
kanye isnt anti-learning or knowledge/skill acquisition. he just thinks the model of school in america doesnt work for people like him. he's more of a sensei/student, master/apprentice kind of learner. School doesn't support this kind of education system and it kind of impedes the learning ability of some people because of its inflexibility/one-size fits all approach
You state it better than he did.
@@papasquat08 If you go back and read the lyrics of that album again, the message is not that school is bad, the message is to follow your dreams and what your passion is, not just the path that other people think you should take.
@@papasquat08tbh Kanye barely talks about actual school in those albums, they’re generally metaphors for life. A college dropout is the perfect analogy for someone who feels like they’ve been working so hard and are getting nowhere. Late registration is mostly discussing struggles of life that we can’t control or that we may fee were inflicted upon us. Graduation represents overcoming. At least in my opinion/interpretation lol
Hey man, thanks a lot for this, i understand Kanye is very controversial but i really liked this song and especially Carti's verse, haha
We don't have to agree with Kanye"s views, it doesn't change the fact that he's arguably the greatest music producer of the last 20 years.
Exactly. He need to react to kanye more!!
Thank you for being open-minded enough for reacting to this song despite your beliefs about Kanye. If you are capable of putting aside your judgments and focus on the music with open ears and without trying to make everything fit to your preconceived idea of the music or the artist, you may enjoy a full Kanye album. Luv u and wish you the best
🔥song I’m not even a Kanye West fan, but I will say I did like the album good video
the voices used for the beat are from the fans of inter milan a football club in italy

Kanye is a very complicated person. Thank you for reviewing this either way, really hope more of his stuff grows on you.
Not only is Kanye a great musician, but he is also a cool dude as well. Talk about a well rounded individual. 👍
Ha. Sure.

Carti goes off on this song
I agree. He was great on this.
Crazy good production on this song
Based on this reaction I feel like you'd absolutely love Ye's newer music. Yeezus and all the albums after. It's rare to see people appreciate and really analyze new Ye music like you do. Awesome reaction
we all here for 2093
You should react to crystal castles and their song Vanished. Love the videos
papa squat I fw u ignore the nerds in these comments
I love how Kanye claims to be a Christian but unabashedly writes the most heretical lyrics of all time LOL
Low key i think Kanye gave up on it. Cuz he said in a recent interview “I aint ever see Jesus show up”
Spot on takes

carti’s new sound goes so hard
I'm really surprised to love the song ! but that last verse was horrific

2093 album by Yeat 💯🙏
another day asking for 2093
The "every breathe you take one..." Umm.. That was Puff Daddy but go on...
Yeah. I knew that, too. Just a few minutes of stupid. Sorry.
Try Chief Keef - Dirty Nachos next!
Except for Ty dolla sign, Ye probably is the best person on this lineup lol
Ye was the worst
"every breath you take" song you mentioned is by diddy not kanye. funnily enough kanye compares himself to diddy in his verse
Ah you’re right. I knew that.
Now it really bothers me that I messed that up.
Your take is fair, but Kanye is also arguably the goat of hip hop. You would miss a lot by not giving him a chance musically
Papa we want 2093 Album plss 🙏🏻
The chanting comes inter Milan ultra fan call carnival in Italy
def like the reaction but what are your thought on separating the art from the artist ? and also cant wait for the 2093 reaction
please react to semetary’s newest song “headlights”
can you listen to Kendrick Lamar's Pride in his DAMN. Album
Hey by any chance do you have a save of "22" by Wishlane, it got deleted recently and was hoping there was a way for me to hear it again without any commentary
I don't keep the original videos, only my reactions. Sorry!
You need to listen to more kanye. He is a muscal genius and has some of the best song of all time!
I like the production and the powerful feeling it brings but I can’t accept the full song due to lyrical content. Just lacks anything of meaning but sounds great
Hope you're doing well squat
If you don't like Ye's lyricism then listen to beg forgiveness, you'll 100% relate to it! And I personally think its better than carnival not as a song but as an art
"heyy Wait a minute "seems to me like you don't like the guy
Vultures is a collab album between Kanye and Ty Dolla Sign, maybe you can listen to a few more songs?
2093 please
You should do yeezus if you want kanye
Listen to fuk sumn by Kanye west next , after this you got to
i respect that even though you dont like kanye you can separate his music form his person and review it unbiased.
Thanks. I try to be fair to the music and the artist. I'm glad you felt I did okay with this one.

Brah you gotta react to some songs from his 2016 album the life of pablo and 2010 album mbdtf they are so amazing
Im not done with the reaction but yes this was the song with the Iron Man OZZY sample and u got things mixed up Kanye added the sample but didnt get full clearance and played it during some of his Listening Parties before the album and ozzy got mad and told everyone he didnt want to clear the sample due to what kanyes said in the past few years. KANYE WANTED the sample on it and Ozzy declined it even though Ozzy literally dressed as kanye for halloween ozzy said he didnt want to be involved with him?

2093!!!
cartis verse is phenomenal
Can you react to a song named "Sim" from Finnish cult-artist Melo?
I think you just don’t understand Kanye’s message, he’s not the horrible guy you describing AT ALL.
sure 😂
he's a nazi
he literally hangs out with and platforms neo-nazis
thank you!!!
I sort of agree. I think he'd be a decent guy if he were on his meds, but he's not. He's said some whacked-out stuff, worn "White Lives Matter" shirts, and more. That stuff doesn't fly with me. He can say and do anything he wants as long as he's willing to deal with the consequences. I just wish he'd get the mental help he needs.
2093
You know if we are going down the road of accountability carti did get arrested for abuse of a pregnant partner

I don't really like Kanye so not a fan of this review just because of all his antisemitic stuff. Cant separate the artist from the art here. Love all your reviews!
I find your take on kanye and his associates abit pretentious, but I think you should decide completely yourself what artists you want to feature on your channel. Dont let us viewers convince you to do something you are not morally comfortable with. Everyone has different moral boundaries.
Honestly curious, why do you think they’re pretentious? I feel like I explained my reasoning and none of them were unreasonable: pay people whose music you use, don’t be abusive, don’t associate with traitors, etc.
@@papasquat08 I could write a whole essay on this topic, and I will try to condense some sort of point for you because i LOVE your channel.
I think the reason it came accross as pretentious to me is because you seem to knowingly lack so much context about Kanye, yet you judge him so harshly for things the media spin about him. To most people who grew up on Kanye this endless circle of Kanye, his mental health, the media, some of your opinions would come accross as uninformed. Kanye is definitely crazy, but he is a crazy genius at that, and he has produced and released some of the most culture defining and beautiful projects in modern music. It also sounded strange to me that you couldn't get into The College Dropout, because you didn't agree that school was not the right place for Kanye, but perhaps i understood you wrong on that point.
Another thing is consistensy with these moral boundaries. Now I know you are new to alot of these artists, so I understand if you are not aware about some of these facts. But let's say some examples mentioned in this video. Playboy carti (one of my favourites despite what I am about to say) is a drug addict, woman beating, scamming, gang-affiliated, traccic speeder.
Obviously you are not new to Ozzy and know about his controversies, or what about Yeat that you are about to listen to, who promotes a lifestyle of drugs and voilence to his young fanbase.
To me, all of these things are worse than anything Kanye has ever said. I haven't even read up on everything, but I know he said some antisemetic things, just like he said some racist things many years back, and some sexist things before that, etc. It's just not new, and it is usually tied to him being off his meds and struggling with fame and mental illness. Perhaps I am extra sympathetic because I love so much of his music, I don't know. Besides you and I have never lived among billionaires in hollywood, in HIS personal experience, I bet some of the things he said about the Jewish executives and such rings true.
I know this probably came out super unorganized, It is hard to formulate a concise point because english is not my first language and there is so much more context i havent even mentioned. Anyways thanks for reply and I hope you dont take offense to anything I said, I promise it comes from a place of love.😅
@@steveurkel9378"I bet some of the things he said about the Jewish executives and such rings true." - holy shit, you're just letting the antisemitism out on this comment eh?
@@papasquat08yo papa I wouldn’t listen to a lot of these big Kanye fans lol since Kanye fans have really turned into the worst music fan base recently. I was a kanye fan but I wouldn’t consider myself one anymore after all the terrible things he has said as of late. But I do want to point out something I did find you may be misguided on when you brought up the college dropout. Kanye wasn’t promoting to people on the college dropout that people should drop out of college or learning is bad in fact most of the songs he isn’t even really talking about college, just conscious hip hop topics. Kanye was just giving his experience on college and how he was a college dropout who would be perceived as a “failure”. This inspired him to theme the album around being a college dropout because from his personal experience college didn’t work out for him and he chose to pursue a music career. The problem that comes with you saying Kanye was promoting to not learn or to not go to college from simply putting his life experiences into the music is that then you would have to hold other rappers/ artists to the same logic that is artists talking about their life experiences and what they went through are “promoting” said thing. I think this is a misguided way of thinking. For example, I’m sure you understand someone like Chief keef who raps about violence but is at the end of the day making music based on his life experiences and how he grew up not necessarily promoting that lifestyle. Another great example of this is when NWA was gaining popularity the media was going after them for “promoting violence” but they were just putting their life experience, perspective, and what they were going through in the music. So yeah hopefully that made sense! I also think since it sounds like it has been a long time since you listened to the college dropout going through that album again you might realize that he isn’t promoting what you once perceived and is actually rapping about a lot of good topics on there :) . Again, I can’t stand Kanye anymore (he is almost the complete opposite person now then who you will find on the college dropout lol) but there’s no denying that he has an incredible catalog.
@mr.bigweld8138 All very good points. I'll have to give College Dropout another listen and see if my opinion has changed.
noooooooooooooo not the kanye hate😢😢😢😢
Dont listen to vultures its one of the worse albums he did honestly
It is addictive. The album is really good.
Kanye's verse is bad and Carti's verse is too low but good song either way
Bro had to take 5 minutes and 40 seconds to make sure he didn’t get canceled 😂😂😂
Nah, I'd never say anything to get canceled. These were just my reasons for doing the video and letting people know up front what my biases are.
Papa squat you wouldn’t preface a chief keef vid condemning gun violence so why bring up personal stuff on a ye reaction
oh snap a music video is gun violence now!
I don’t know enough about Keef to comment. Kanye gets reported on constantly, so it’s easy to follow his issues. Also, Keef grew up in a very different world than Kanye.
Because Kanye West is a nazi who is trying to normalize antisemitism and brings it into his music. Both things are bad.
Papa squat is not based after all apparently
You think Kanye is based?

It's what I do.
