People complaining these jokes aren’t brand new... you know that’s the point right? Comedians do stand up on late night shows to advertise their tours and routines, just like musicians. It is a glimpse of what you can get from the full hour.

Yes, and also they didn’t react too well to one or two of his jokes so he went to some tried and true classics which the American audience isn’t too familiar with anyway. He kept the set going and peolpe were laughing till the end. Job well done.
He’s one of my all time favorites... even though he laughs like a seal being interfiered with(his own words), it’s one of his charms actually.

This seemed so weird the way the topics were completely opposite with the one liners, can only think the staff said he can't use a lot of his material so didn't have time to prepare it smoother

True, but I think it's just the channel he was on that was prudish. The crowd would most likely have enjoyed the 'free rein' Jimmy Carr. I've watched his specials in the States (or at least YT clippings) and the crowd was like any other crowd in the UK and definitely enjoyed it in its entirety.

Wow, he delivered that set reallllllllly slowly. He normally does most of those gags at a pretty rapid pace, but here he sounds like he's talking to a child with comprehension difficulties.

I'm going to see him live in April, I'm glad I won't be getting the heavily edited "Americanised" version of Jimmy Carr.
I only saw him a few times on TV and never really liked what I saw. A friend had a spare ticket to see his Stand up and he had to practically force me to go with him. Im glad I did as Jimmy was probably the funniest stand up I had seen and I have seen some biggest names.

I think they did but since it was like the millionth joke about how women are shit it was starting to get a tad old. To be fair I think they edited a lot of other material out so the tone started to be a bit one sided.
