For the shoulder crunch sweep at 2:09 aren't you suppose to sweep to the side to which you have the shoulder trapped?
He has the other arm trapped as well (underhook of the opponent). You can sweep in any direction if you block the post.
If he is high on the shoulder with a gable grip then yes, but if he’s lower towards the elbow pit then he should go to the non “should crunch” side. If he has an over-hook in both side with good distance and hooks in, then he can go to either side.
But he doesn’t have the left hook in….if he did then yes
