It sounded good to me, and was rolling that damp clay higher than the hood, a few times, without straining. The flashing red lights would have got me though.
@Geo Thomas I am am operator and I run closed up for reduced noise,it gets old quick. Cat comes with Pioneer supertuners now. 4 speakers with 200watt head unit.Pushing duuurt too AC/DC cranked is much better noise.
Absolutely amazing footage! LOVE watching that dirt roll!!! Biggest thing I run is an 8R, it's a blast! But I'd give damn near anything to spend a day in that!
I'd like the rocker switch directional better than the full wrist thing. Arthur does NOT like the fwd/rev on the steering hand hold. The 2-lever and powershift work fine for me but this would be o.k. You run one with your butt anyway as far as grade goes.
Steve Gingras YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE ENGINE IS JUST MAKING ENOUGH POWER FOR THE HYDRAULICS THE ENGINE BUILDS THE PRESSURE AND HENSE HYDRAULICS MOVE THE MACHINE🤙🏻
There's one overhead. I always used that one and outside mirrors would be getting torn off all the time in the woods and they use those wretched parabolic things that you can't tell distances with anyway.
@richard larouch; it depends on where you want the weight. For this tractor, you want the weight up front, but loaders do have the engine behind the operator.
As I tell the hired man running my dozer. If you wanna play on your phone I'm buying a pedal steer for your ass. Lol sounds like there's a exhaust leak or something hissing.
Off Snap that D11 is a tired ol'hag....turbo is shot...I've run d11 for yrs...this old an ol buggered engine..and he is doing his best but this ca and should typically push dirt stacked higher than the blade...he head side to side going in forwards is lack of experience..that not necessary to a veteran..it's allabout feel and inner ear balance
Yeah right..... You Run 11.... hahhahah. ....Fool, You have never ran a real piece of equipment in your short dumb ass life have you except maybe your mommies car.. Turbo is shot!!! Which one dummy?... Clueless fool. Get a life.
Lol that’s funny because the guys where I work will take the two old d11s they have on site over the two new d10s any chance they get. The only reason they don’t run them 24/7 is because it’s an automatic 200k to send one off to be fixed.
Jesus! Put some electrical tape on those lights. Lol
Shouldn’t be on it operating with the doors open and warning light on dash
Mate, sort out the fucken warning light. Category 1 but still.
Got problem and loss of power. Shut it down and check fault light before mechanic gets pissed for creating bigger problems.
Albert Weaver agreed, that instrument panel had too many flashing red light haha!
flashing red lights are overrated :D
Love the sound of the 2,105 cid 3508 V-8
Just like a good fighter pilot...has his head on a swivel.
This video doesn't do justice to the true enormous size of the D11R
you should leave the cell at home . that's our problem today ,its like we need a phone everywhere we go , it has taken our peace and quite time away
Quiet cab makes it very good on the ears.
Not a lot of dust either, therefore there must be moisture in the soil.
Moisture is about right for good compaction.
Why did Cat take the V8 from the D11 I love the R model it's my favorite
warning warning...I think the operator needs to check on those flashing red lights on the dashboard !!!!
Yeahh.... OK Boss. You have NO clue do
Probably already reported most outfits say if its not causing issues just keep her goin
Diesel power!
Its sounds like you got a cylinder not getting fuel, but awsome content though
nice sound V8
Love that CAT V8 sound.
It sounded good to me, and was rolling that damp clay higher than the hood, a few times, without straining. The flashing red lights would have got me though.
running with doors open no ear plugs you'll be deaf in 5 years
Maybe he did it for a better video...????
WHAAT

Shit, use the bottom of your legs dude, feel the vibrations...use the force
Das muss doch langweilig sein seinen Kopf den ganzen Tag links rechst zu bewegen...

This is all foreign to me, last time I was on a dozer if I wanted to go left I rode the left brake.
dream job of all dream jobs
Until about the 5th week
@@boom-rl7me fifth day. Yaaaawn
Might just be the audio but it doesn't sound like it's running all that well haha
The CAT 3508 engine that is in these machines, sounds like this normally.

Well flashing is better then flashing and beeping at you
Flashing just means its working haha. When it stops then im worried
Why is the fault light on
That's what I was wondering...
VIMS memory is probably full..
shouldve hired chapo Guzman digging crew way cheaper to operate
Why don't they have side and large rear view mirrors on these things so you don't have to ruin your neck to operate them, just sayin
There's one overhead. I always used that one and outside mirrors would be getting torn off all the time in the woods and they use those wretched parabolic things that you can't tell distances with anyway.
yep yep I agree... look he even has the cab door open... and still no real D11 sound !!
ninjawasher because its american no luxury
Wonder why over the years they haven’t moved the motor behind the driver?
@richard larouch; it depends on where you want the weight. For this tractor, you want the weight up front, but loaders do have the engine behind the operator.
You get all the fun gigs.
