This presentation was held in Kuortane Olympic training center 19th November 2022. It contains basically of two parts. In theoretical part (videos 1-4) Hafsteinsson reveals in details what are the basic principles behind these champions' strength training. Because Kanter and Ståhl are quite different types of throwers there have been some differences in their training and so both these individuals are handled separately in the presentation.
The latter half (videos 5-9) the exercises are shown in practice by Daniel Ståhl. The lifts and throws are not basically executed by maximal effort. Despite of that the viewer can easily feel how strong and powerful this champion athlete is for example in back squat (3x200 kg) and in sumo deadlift (3x250kg).
