I was treated great by my next door neighbors. They either retired and moved away or sold to corporate investors. This is why my old neighborhood was gentrified and now has million dollar condos in a poverty stricken town of old. The neighborhood was always the place that treated me the best.

Coming from Western Europe, I moved to the U.S. to feel and touch the American Freedom, and accessory to design energy, and naval equipments for civil and U.S. national defense applications.
I found out that kids are in college debt at 22y.o., that healthcare is not a right but a perk, that the property tax can be 20x the one of Paris, but without the good wine and cheese.
And that if one day I become a U.S. citizen, or even a permanent resident, I will be tax liable to the IRS - even if I move outside the U.S.
I paused for a second, and asked myself: where is this American freedom?
I feel that actually I have lost a bit of my freedom.
    As a result, I left ...

Media only show you the worst of Africa while big corporations are stealing the continent they discourage the regular people from going there. Just even going for visits can open minds and show you possibilities. I think maybe there should be organizations to advocate for African Americans willing to create businesses to get free lands in the home of their ancestors and ask them to employ locals in return. This could be a win win situation but it could make people jealous...however, this could bring knowledgeable Black Americans who could play the locomotive in the development of whole region.

I am a dual citizenship holder and I have investment properties in Peru but I do want to expand my investment portfolio and see what other opportunities are out there and network with equally minded individuals. I will be in contact with nomadcapilist and thank you to Rich Dad for the great content!

Also, the Authorities when you get in the country they can see in the System that you have another passport. so, they will ask you if you don’t use the other passport they expect you to show them the post port too. So when you travel keep both posts port handy. So you are safe. Blessings🙏
